Racism at its best In KFC Shakopee store.I ordered 8 piece buckets in Mobile order , the mobile order was ready at 6:15 , I went to the store at 6:17 and the store person told me to wait as the order is not ready, my food was ready and was kept in the pickup area. I waited for 50 minutes and was checking with 3-4 different persons who was working behind the counter on why it is taking so much time for my order as I was waiting for an hour. Later I asked them to cancel my order and they called store manager and she asked me details of my order and found it was sitting on the pickup area from 1 hour.meanwhile they were fulfilling orders to the other people including few folks who came, ordered and went in front of me.The shame is instead of feeling bad the store workers were smiling ? and laughing that the order was kept on hold for an hour.They gave me my order which was kept on hold for an hour. 8 piece chicken were cold , even the store manager didn't not even offer me to get me new chicken buckets as the old was cold as hell.THEY JUST SIMPLE DON'T CARE.I love KFC but I will choose my dignity over chicken. This bad experience made me realize that we should not spend our $ on these business who don't care about people of specific race or color.

Bought a 12 pack meal spend $40. The worst chicken ever, the gave me cold and old chicken with all broken pieces in the bottom of the bucket. Please check your buckets before you leave the restaurant. So not to be disappointed when you get home. No wonder there are no customers in this location.

Don't bother ordering online for "Qucik Pickup." After arriving 1 minute after time it was due to be ready, stood in the store for 10 minutes, not a single customer inside and they finally started cooking it. Due ready at 6:20pm, finally received order at 6:35. Pathetic!!

It's been years since I've gone to KFC. The food is just ok, not what I remember. The mashed potato bowl was bland with way too much potato and the chicken was over-cooked and hard to eat.
Got the fill up box! Awesome! Don't really eat fast food much, but the NEW chicken bites are AMAZING!!!!!!!! TENDER WHITE AND JUICY meat! It's worth it- gotta buy the biggest one though! That's all I get- no fries, etc.
