Pork and eggroll vermicelli, salad My salad came out ASAP which is probably not a good thing. There was no one in the diner so It may have been already cooked leftovers. The noodles were super starchy and clumped together. I like my noodles, slightly warm, but they were cold, but the salads are typically cold. Some places cook the noodles fresh, so the noodles are warm when they go into your salad. The meat was lukewarm, which I like a little hotter when it comes straight off the grill. The amount of meat was probably 1/3 of what it was before. The eggroll was a really small cut up spring roll. I like a full size thick eggroll in my salad. I still enjoyed my salad, even with the mishaps, but I hope quality control can prevent some of the things from happening again. 3.5/5

Everything we’ve ever eaten at Pho 83 has been delicious. Spring rolls and peanut sauce, pho, wonton soup, pork chop plate, and chow fun are all excellent.

If you're thinking of eating here steer clear and go elsewhere, food was absolutely terrible tried a bite and threw it away right after. No flavor, wontons are empty and everything tasted old and the meat looked like something from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. 0/100000000000

A nice little family ran restaurant. Friendly staff. I ordered the pho with noodles, sliced beef, and meatballs. I don't remember what it was called on the menu. I tried it exactly the way it was delivered to my table, and it was a bit bland. However, it was served with a lime wedge and there was a variety of sauces on the table. I squeezed the lime wedge in and added some hoisin and sriracha sauces and in no time the bland flavor became exquisite. I ended up really liking it. I was a little disappointed with the initial bland flavor, but having the ability to add some citrus flavor and other sauces greatly enhanced the flavor and experience. The menu described it as a "big bowl", and that description was accurate. The serving size is immense. You're doing something wrong if you manage to walk away hungry after eating an entire bowl. It was more than I could finish. And unfortunately, I am traveling for work and don't really have a way to carry the leftovers with me and eat them later.
