Pho 83 used to be awesome pre covid. Now, the food like the awesome Vietnamese egg rolls are half the size they use to be and the General Tso’s chicken just sucks. No flavor at all anymore.My wife’s chow fun is the same way. No flavor at all and all for twice the price!!!I’m done with em.

I know Pho places have a reputation for not being the cleanest restaurants around, but I thought this one was worse than typical. The food looked great but taste was very bland to me. Portion size was great especially for $8 lunch special. Service was very good. Don’t think I’d return, although food options nearby seem limited.Food: 3/5

Delicious beef pho and the house made spicy sauce add on was an amazing addition. Super happy that this is so close to my house (and I had nearly a quart leftover to have for lunch tomorrow)!Dietary restrictions: I have sensitivity to wheat (mild) and had no issues with the pho or spring rolls.

This is my favorite restaurant hands down! Their food is absolutely to die for!! Their proportions are huge, and not too expensive. I’ve never had anything I did not like here. Food always comes out quickly whether it’s sit down or takeout and staff has always been very attentive. I absolutely love this place!Food: 5/5

Pretty authentic food with a very large menu. There was a good mix of all sorts of Asian dishes but pho is definitely a highlight. There is also a case full of some bao buns and other small dishes in the front. The severs were very nice and quick to help. There is not much seating but it wasn't super busy so we were still seated immediately.

Love grabbing lunch specials & pho from this place! Egg rolls are solid too. Service is super friendly, it feels family owned. I usually walk out with a strong Vietnamese coffee to finish the work day. Would recommend!

Young gal at the register is so nice and sweet. Great service. Jasmine milk tea is sooo fresh. Great tapioca balls. Their vuet sandwiches are a must. Grilled pork is delicious. Pho is excellent. Amazing place for this area. Shakopee has it real good.

A friend recommended this eatery for authentic Chinese food. I ordered beef chow fun. Afraid to say Hong Kong Noodle still the better one for the same price. No wok hei and overly seasoned. Ordered banh mi too. That also has no comparison to Lu's Sandwich on Nicollet just on the bun. The latter is crusty, light and crunchy with nice house sauce accompaniment.Update: I went back ordering pork chow fun with gravy topping. It reminiscing the Cantonese style chow fun. I like it much better than regular chow fun.They definitely nailed the Pho. Delicious with generous amount of sliced raw beef. I drank every single drop of the soup!Attentive and friendly service too.
