I usually get their wings, which I think are amazing. Now and again I'll get some cinnamon sticks or a pizza. The staff is always nice and I'm usually in and out within a few minutes.
Went in today for a large stuffed crust pizza and had horrible service. The ladies there had no idea what they were doing. They got annoyed with my dad because OF their own mistake. Made it seem like we were trying to leave with the wrong pizza when all he did was go in as normal like we have several times before. The service here has been declining so bad the past several months. Got home and open the box to a burnt pizza. Definitely not ordering here again

I've ordered twice in the past month and both times have ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. Both times I recieved a pizza that had the regular amount of pepperoni on it. The first time it happened, I thought it was just a one off issue, but I have been proved wrong. Pizza hut is not cheap and I expect to get what I ordered, especially when it costs extra for a "specialty" pizza. Will not be ordering again from here any time soon.

They forget your items and pretend to take orders when no one is working! Drove up to find cops going thru the store with unopened doors and not one employee in sight. Never got my order refunded either. Stay away.

They now use DoorDash for delivery. I ordered a pizza and it took an hour to arrive. Once he finally showed up of course he didn’t have the pizza in any type of warming bag like a real delivery driver uses. It was ice cold. The best part is there is no way to complain via DoorDash or Pizza Hut! Papa John’s it is from now on because at least they use real drivers and care about the quality of the food. So sad to see how horrible this once decent Pizza Hut has become.

We’ve gone here a few times and have had good service. However, yesterday I forgot that I had ordered pop and didn’t realize till I got home when my fiancé asked me where the pop was. Since I live 15-20 minutes away and worked a long day I decided to call to see if I could get credit or a refund on the pop. I wasn’t mad about the pop as I figured it could be figured out, however the lady on the phone knew who I was but kept telling me she handed me a bag with the pop in it, I denied saying I didn’t get the bag of pop and only the pizza. I even went outside and looked while on the phone since I thought I must’ve misremembered. The lady kept cutting me off, getting more escalated, and just hung up on me when I finally gave the attitude back to her i know working in food service isn’t easy, but I was being polite until the end? there’s been another time they’ve forgotten to give us pop before and we just shrugged it off.

The worst buffet ever. Had to wait at register to pay for buffet. Hardly any mashed potatoes. Only 4 breasts. Asked a worker for more and finished eating my plate I had and still no more chicken or mashed potatoes. All pizza was old.
