Specifically ordered gluten free TACO pizza after verifying with the female staff member on the phone that it was an option. Went to pick it up at scheduled time and told it was 10 minutes more--did not verify it was TACO pizza, as that should be a safe guess as that is what I ordered.Waited 10 more minutes, and the pizza given to me was a BLT. They told me that is what was ordered-- nope!!!The very young blond "manager" said that is what was ordered, stumbled to figure out what to do next. I said I will not pay for that one as that was not my order. He said they could make a TACO one but it will be another 20 minutes. I said okay but asked what he was going to do with the other one, as the right thing would have been to offer that to me as no charge while I waited for them to make what I ordered.When picking up the TACO pizza, the manage gave it to me, but I did ask if there was anyway to make this right, possibly just refunding the charge for the major inconvenience and rudeness of the "manager". He said why would I do that? I said the service was unacceptable--he did not understand what was unacceptable!?!?What? I said the whole situation and that I ordered the correct pizza but they made the mistake. I asked about talking to a different manager and he dodged the question by saying he was here all week-NOT helpful.I left the restaurant feeling completely horribly treated and I will follow up with the different manager after this week!!!There seemed to very inexperienced staff working and unprofessional.

Food - all pizza very very burnt or hand tossed not cooked. Not very clean floor . Chicken was okay - nothing was really fresh. I do like this place because it used to be very on top of things. They close the buffet at 7 so it is as if they don't want to put much fresh food out - even though folks are waiting for it.

Pizza Ranch used to be so good. Something has changed. Ordered for delivery. 16 piece traditional wings and a medium sausage skillet pizza. The pizza crust was mushy and sticky, very under cooked. And the wings were so small. 16 wings for $22 is outrageous for what you get. Will not order from here again.Called and spoke to manager, and he handled the situation.

I have not been to this Pizza Ranch before. I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, the place, including buffet stations, was clean and the food was hot and delicious. They also have ice cream...a bonus. Keep up the good work! This is a great place to eat in Shakopee.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was hot, fresh, and well stocked. Tables were clean and quickly cleared.Overall 5star establishment! Wish it were closer to home as I would be happy to return.
