Person taking order was a little rude, n had an attitude. Ordered loaded fries n he questioned if I wanted crinkle cut fries or curly fries. Told them curly fries, got my order n it turned out to be crinkle cut fries w little to no bacon at all.

Awful. They microwave the fillet fish and the water inside the fish burns your mouth or hands when you bite it as the water heated too much. The shakes are hard like ice cream and you have to wait a long time for it to melt do you can drink it.

On 01/17/24 around 6pm my girlfriend had the most rude experience in the drive through. The male was very rude and short. She gave the 1st order and he was like "is that it", then she said no which his attitude started to charge as she continued with the remaining order. After each order he would say " is that is,..."is that it" not allowing her to finish. He had a very rude tone in his voice. In the drive through there's a sign that says, "don't pull forward " which she didn't. Despite this he rudely said, DONT PULL FORWARD" twice. Also he didn't ask if she wanted any sauces so when she got home, there was no sauce PLUS no ice in our drink and her bun on her sandwich was soggy. She said her sandwich tasted weird too so who knows if the kid compromised our food.I would never suggest coming here. Unfortunately this kid won't get reprimanded because it's hard to get people to take low paying jobs
