TLDR: They prioritize drive through instead of customers wanting to eat in. Food is typical of fast food. No complaints on food.If you want to eat in, reconsider. If you want to wait for 10 minutes while the employees ignore you then this is where you want to go. If you want to wait another 5 minutes after they help the person in front of you then this is where you want to go. If you want to see employees who look like they are dead inside then this is where you want to go.Chicken wraps were room temperature. Burger and onion rings were warm.

The biggest problem that Burger King has in Minnesota is the fact that there are two large franchisee's and Viking Restaurants easily outperforms the other group. I actually went there for lunch twice in the past 10 days because it's been a long time since I actually walked inside of a Burger King restaurant and my experience was excellent. First and foremost, the restaurant is clean and during both visits I noticed a crew member actually walking into the dining area wiping down tables and chairs, The counter areas spotless as well as the beverage dispenser. I can't remember the last time I walked into a McDonald's and was clean to these standards. The counter staff is professional and friendly and I got my meal within 90 seconds from paying.The sandwich that I ordered was hot and prepared correctly. The french fries were fresh and the beverage dispenser had ice.Went to this location again today and for those that have not visited during breakfast and/or lunch, it's a much better experience than Wendy's or McDonald's in SLP.

The wait was a bit longer than usual. They forgot about my kids meal. And the fries were extremely HOT! Don't get me wrong, I love fresh hot fries! But this time felt dangerously HOT!

I came here at 950 on October 14th 2023 to pick up my order that was ready. I went to the window and nobody was there which I did not mind, i was sitting on my phone waiting peacefully. This white woman opened the window and yelled at me, saying I can not just drive up because she can’t hear me. I said okay calmly, and she slammed the window in my face. She then was hysterically making looks, gestures, and yelling that she needs help. I understand workers can get stressed, but why did she take it out on me? I was nothing but calm with her. Nobody was honking or pressuring her to hurry up. She went out of her way to yell at someone who could have been way worse, but was patient and calm. She took about 15 minutes to hand me my order that was already ready, and looked the other way while she said here and held my bag out. This was super unprofessional to me. I would not go here again

I've been here quite a few times, and they have yet get a single order correct. It's always missing something and/or something is just wrong. It's not even that it's being misunderstood & rung up incorrectly - the receipt is always right, but what they hand you never matches. If you order 2 different sizes of fries/onion rings, for example, all of them will be the same size, and all of them will be small. Order a double? There's probably a single in the bag. Since the dining room is always closed in the evening, you also have to get back into the horrendous drive-through line, and wait again for them to hopefully correct it... hopefully (yeah, they've screwed up the fix, too). I'm just done. The food might be worth it, if they actually gave you what you ordered.

Although my order is only right 1/2 the time. One thing shines through. Their employee Abby. I have never gotten better service at any other establishment, than I have gotten from Abby. By far the most amazing customer service. 10/10
