I ordered my food on the website for delivery , and my delivery address was less than 10 minutes away and it took over 30 minutes for my food to come. The delivery driver was not warm feeling at all, he delivered my food and walked up to me and said “ oh this is for you “ and refused to hand me my food until I signed and filled out the receipt and demanded a tip. I will never order from this location ever again , very hostile delivery drivers.

Okay the food is good, and the people working are nice. but the music was too loud and they couldn’t hear what i was saying, so they kept getting what i wanted wrong and i had to correct them. i was going to get more food but it was too much of a hassle to get 1 sandwich and 2 drinks.

Been here over 30 times in 2023, ate there last Friday and got food poisoning from the sandwich. The tomatoes were orange with green spots. Didn’t realize until it tasted extremely different. Very unhappy paying to get sick.

I appreciate this Jimmy John’s location has a drive thru, which is why I chose to go here. I pulled up to the drive thru after ordering and without a hello or anything, I’m greeted with “do you want to leave a tip”, so I did. No thank you or anything, last time I leave someone at this location a tip! Also rediculous you charge for a glass of water now. If you’re asking for a tip for doing your job, the least you could do is say thank you. I would rate this experience negative stars if I could.

Yo – – I just see negative reviews here. All that I can say is that if you want a good sandwich, it is something that takes a few minutes. It isn’t something that you just slap together like they do at Subway. Yeah, it might take a few minutes. Well, then come here when you have time! Because let me tell you, when you do, you will find they make the best sandwiches. Point blank. You guys rock.

I can’t use two forms of payment on the app? Most places allow this! My gift card is for $20. Of course it won’t cover $30! Also, the phone went to voicemail. Seriously, don’t order from this place .

I asked if they could not cut my wrap in half, dude in the drive through said “it’s gonna get cut in half.” I said they really didn’t have to and I’d really appreciate it if they didn’t. He repeated, “it’s gonna get cut in half.”It’s 3:15pm on a Friday, I’m the only customer in the place. I don’t get why it wasn’t doable?They’re usually pretty rude here, but not many JJ around so I overlook it. This was the last straw for me. Also, why is your credit card reader out half the time I visit?

This location is horrible!They have the worst customer service, and they can never fulfill an order without forgetting something or messing up an order entirely. In hindsight, I kick myself every time I've chosen to order from this place (which is very rarely),and giving them another chance, thinking they may have gotten better. Today was the final straw. I placed an online order for pick up in the drive thru. I had my brother pickup my order. When he got home, I asked him where my drink was. He said, "they didn't give me one". Shocking! That is so unlike them.This is the second or third time they have forgotten to give me my drink when I place an online order.When I called the store, I asked to speak to a manager, the guy who answered the phone said he was a manager.I told him I wanted a refund for my drink and that this happens more often than not, and, his solution was to give me a credit on my account for "next time" as they cannot refund money to credit cards.I told him I am done and do not want to give Jimmy John's my business in the future. He then offered to send me a gift card, he was just not understanding that I am completely done with this company, especially this particular location. I don't want a gift card, I don't want a credit to my account!The icing on the cake was when he found out that I was not satisfied with the two mediocre options he presented, he then tried to put the store's error on me and asked me the following, "you said this happens often, well ,why didn't you check and make sure you had your items?" I wasn't there to pick up my order genius. In turn, I asked him why they couldn't just give me the items I ordered and paid for in the first place? Why is it up to me to make sure they do their job? It's not rocket science, it's just sandwiches. C'mon! In closing, Kevin was completely unprofessional and inept, and my interaction with him further solidified my stance on why I will never again give this company my business.

I saw the reviews on poor customer service before going and ignored it. It’s been 2ish years since I have had Jimmy Johns. I verified online that they accepted Apple Pay at this location. I place an order during my lunch break at the drive true window. It is a long wait. I pull up to the window to pay and there is a sign that says no Apple Pay. Why don’t they place this at the order window? When they know - as the reviews here state of the long wait for food? Also weird this location refuses to accept Apple Pay at the window when their machines handle Apple Pay. Not very customer friendly. I place an order online for the same sandwich using Apple Pay. I show them the order on my phone for the same sandwich, the current time, the current location and the guy at the window refused to accept it? Even if it wasn’t in there system I already showed the proof I paid and correct time and location and item I paid for? Why would they not accept it? When other food restaurants have accepted an accidental order to another location? This Jimmy John’s is really anti-customers. I am annoyed I spent my whole lunch break in the line and they told me to go inside to the lobby and wait even longer? For what a sandwich that won’t be fresh anymore because you want to put an order sticker on it? Just very disrespectful.
