I understand why your store is keeping the cups behind the counter. today i go in there and ask for a cup with my Togo order and show my receipt to one of the guys in back prep area. I was handed a water cup and i say 'oh that's a water cup , i ordered a large drink.' The response from your employee is 'good for you' also in a rude condescending tone at that. I'm going to assume your staff needs to be trained on verbiage on how to not be or sound absolutely rude. Beware of poor treatment of this place.

Worst experience at Panera ever! Waited 45 minutes for 3 salads and half a sandwich as we watched our order being bumped time and time again on the board as door dash drivers came in and grabbed their orders one after the other.Our order said in progress for over 30 minutes.The restaurant was not busy.Out of croutons. Out if certain breads. When we finally got the $13 salads the containers were barely 2/3 full. Baguettes were thrown loose at the bottom of the bag. One looked like it was a part of another piece thst was just torn off. So very disappointing! And was not inexpensive.

Order was 10 mins past promised time. They were out of avocado so I had to change up my order and then when ordering soup they were out of baguettes. The only side option was an apple as they were also out of potato chips.Ordered a sip Club soda but decided to get tea instead. The water was lukewarm and the tea didn’t steep correctly. Cups were also not available for pickup orders, you have to ask for them from behind the counter.Soup was ok, tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches were soggy. Quite disappointing.Prices have skyrocketed. A cup of soup and a tuna sandwich (served on flatbread even though I didn’t request that) was nearly $20 for one person. You need to improve the quality and timing (and availability of ingredients) if you’re going to charge those prices.

I love Panera, but would have a hard time returning to this location. Order placed at the Rapid Pick Up took nearly 40 minutes to get. Someone near me said they had been waiting an hour to get their food. They ran out of something in my order and while they offered a substitute, that was highly disappointing. I wanted to give them grace for the length of time it took to get food, but am super disappointed about the out of stock food item.

Waiting 16 minutes in the drive thru for a burnt bagel with paper all over it cut by a 3rd grader is… interesting. Didn’t get a knife for the cream cheese.When I came back the next day I was told “we burnt all of our bagels so they’re very dry from the inside.”What?

My review is wholeheartedly due to the baffling rudeness of who I believe is a manager (blonde woman working the evening of 1/3/23) who was talking to a male employee so condescendingly I honestly felt really bad. She was raising her voice and talking to him like he was an incompetent child. Not the way a manager or leader should act in any way, shape, or form ESPECIALLY in front of customers (but not at all period). This is truly shameful and I am appalled. Something needs to be done about this staff. Otherwise, the food was good despite a number of items being out of stock. AND the male she was rude to was friendly as well as the other staff.

I like the store, friendly staff/store Lead(Val S.) convenient location, and plenty of parking spots, each time after shopping(or before) at nearby HomeDepot, Costco(&gas), or PetSmart, I'd stop by to grab a favor Hazelnut-coffee or entertain my kids with some healthy Goddness/Egg salad or hot-soup or sometime being lucky e.g. earlier enough to get bacon-Soufflé(just Yum!!)

Shabby & Broken- from bathroom dispensers to seating in the dining room- its all broken. Tables are broken and leaning- not just one I saw at least 4 broken/leaning tables (one had a wad of napkins shoved under the leg) in the main dining area and ALL the cushions in the booths are are ripped/shredded, clearly the booths have been like this for some time- something is wrong at this location. Was there 12/28/23. Sad state.

Overall, this location is great. The server who helped me order was really nice. It was my first time ordering from that location, and probably 5 times eating from this company. I was really confused about what to get and what to order. The server helped me understand the menu, and she made recommendations on what I should order.

Unfortunately sat near a “manager meeting” hearing the disregard they have for their employees is really disheartening. The two people leading the meeting were constantly correcting each other to a comedic level. Cringe vibes all around, corpo brained weirdos that treat their employees as expendable slaves. Not to mention they sat around while every table around them was filthy and the floor full of bread crumbs. Do better y’all Jesus
