This location is by far my favorite in the city. I live Downtown but I’ll drive out because the guys here hook it up! I can’t comment on delivery service but all my pickup orders here have been on point.
Pizza was ordered at 4PM for 6PM delivery. Arrived at 6:30 PM (delivered by Grub Hub) and it was cold. The "special" was $1 medium 1-topping pizza with large 1-topping pizza at regular price. The crust tasted like cardboard on the thin-crust pizza. It had very little sauce or cheese (extra charge for more sauce/cheese).The delivery charge was nearly $6 + tip. Total $31 for a cold, tasteless pizza!We've ordered Pizza Hut pizza for years. It was so awful and expensive that this was the very, very last time!

Pizza was delivered almost an hour late and the thin crust pizza was burnt to a crisp. When I called to see where our delivery was the person that answered could care less and seemed to be moving in slow motion.

This place SUCKS. Last time I came here i was locked out and told they couldn't help me because they ran out of dough "at a pizza restaurant". This time I came 5 minutes before my order was done for pickup "even got the notification it was done" just to be told its still going through the oven and would be another 5 minutes minimum. This place consistently messes up orders and wait times to the point where I just can't trust them anymore. I've always been pro pizza hut vs domino's but now I am neither. As soon as I cash out my reward points this will be the last review and order This restaurant ever receives from me

Saturday night, they had no drivers, orders fulfilled through doordash, from time of order until I called doordash was over 2.5 hours. Pizzahut was 3-5 blocks from my house, food was picked up and driver proceeded to spend 45 minutes driving west then back to our area, then over 45 minutes sitting at/outside/ or in a bar. Called the Dasher after they drove the wrong way for 15 minutes, they said they didn't speak English.Our food never arrived, canceled doordash after calling them to figure out what the issue was, they couldn't reach the dasher. Started by calling store after waiting a while after calling dasher. Store said they couldn't give refund, and to call corporate, corporate said they couldn't do a refund and they sent a request TO THE STORE for a refund, and that it could take 3-5 days for the store to process it.

Food was perfect, but service could of been faster! I received everything I ordered, the processing of my order was very good! My food was put together and ready to go when I arrived for my carry out order!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Person who took my order was actively watching movies on their phone, full volume. Like really? And to top it off, both of my pizzas were undercooked. I recommend you DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

The pizza, as usual was great. No complaints there.The issue came with it being a takeout order. I stood at the desk when I arrived and 2 staff looked at me however never acknoweledged my presensce. One sat in the back watching videos on their phone and the other stood next to the oven waiting for pizzas to come out. Not a "hi" or "we'll be right with you" from either of them. It was over 5 minutes of them looking at me periodically before someone came in from a smoke break, walked past me into the back, and finally asked if i had been hepled when he came back to stock the cooler.I dont expect much picking up a pizza but acknowledging customers should be a priority.

I order the Big Dinner box for a crowd because it goes pretty far. Last week, it was incorrectly made. I contacted the store and explained. They made the situation right immediately. Good customer service is appreciated. Thank you!
