A Cobb salad that you have to PAY EXTRA for Chicken on it ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!ALL Cobb salads Come with chicken!!!!To try to charge EXTRA for something that IS supposed to be there anyways is BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!I decided not to eat, left and went somewhere where they know how to make a real Cobb salad and Don't try to rip people off!!!!

The manager, Chris, came up to us, accusing us of vaping and walked off very rudely. . Mind you we were just sitting with our children at the table!!! I have never felt so offended in my life, the only colored people there. And got accused of vaping while someone was smoking cigarettes right in front of the doors and did not say anything to him.

Meh. Remember the days when TGI Fridays was amazing and the food was good and the place was packed and sports were being played and the bar was awesome? Well that was like 10 years ago. This place was quite terrible from the onset. Family of 5 went here, place was dead except for like 10 people waiting for a table... strange but ok, maybe they need to setup a space? 2 minutes go by and host/waitress/manager?/bartender? Comes by and says "yeah it will be about a 10 minute wait to be seated". The place is literally empty.Obviously we didn't stay as the Friday's in Bloomington/Edina is 10 minutes from here and has typically done ok by us... we can only imagine how long it woulda taken to get our food and order and everything. Place wasn't dirty which earned it a star but overall, this place ain't long for this world. RIP fridays.

Best burgers and chicken tenders but my fry’s were frozen burned best service I’ve ever had atmosphere was good because of all of the Saint Patrick days decorations but they should put the bar in the back because my daughters kept looking at the bar

I thought the food below par, whisky chicken not too bad, not very juicy, the frys ok but the broccoli were so salty could not eat it. I requested a different serving of the broccoli w/o the seasoning and got the same back, no difference. Not returning.

As chain restaurants go, there are too many options that are better for this to be your pick. The food was decent, not many complaints there other than the prices. Costs more than Chili’s or Applebee’s but the quality isn’t any better. The booths are uncomfortable and small, the floor looks old and dirty, the tv next to us was broken.

This place is a classic...... but how do they get rid of a classic?? RIP SESAME JACK STRIPS. :(Kids meal portions are kind of a joke and the mashed potatoes were solid, like you could almost cut them into slices.Otherwise service is and always has been great.

Manager Chris, he was the best, he successfully accommodates multiple customers including myself and provided a 120% customer experience , I hope TGIG keeps promoting but I will keep coming back to this
