I literally almost died choking on something that was in the bottom of my coffee today, a sharp white plastic piece of something was in the bottom of my coffee and slid into the back of my throat as I was trying to enjoy the last of my coffee at work, a co worker had to help be reach and grab it out of my throat. I was scared for dear life and don’t even know what to do about it. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I am completely outraged and I have been hacking cause I almost saw my life flash before my eyes. I will need a response to this immediately to get this all figure out.

Order a good half hour ahead and your drink might be ready. I’ve had pleasant experiences with many of the workers and I’m sure it is a staffing issue but it’s no longer worth it for me to wait that long for a drink.

I order online ( door dash ) all the time everytime I order my order is wrong something is Always wrong food cold I've even been to this location the6 are so rude. I called one time because my whole order was not picked up granted they have absolutely nothing to do with that type of problem but the. Way they spoke to was not. I worked here in 2019 -2020 had a lot of personal stuff going on and management and fellow coworkers treated me like garbage made working thereMichela was standing two feet away when a male coworker used to be creepy and twirled my ponytail and made me uncomfortableI hope they have all new staff from when I was there bunch of mean spirited people and horrible managementWorked with alot of teens who didn't have food customers service skills yet and were from Wayzata so stuck up rich kids who don't understand how good they have it and don't take jobs seriously OR the other adults there that were also immature and acted like adult bullies and has inappropriate boundaries with the teens working thereGod I hope all the staff that were them in 2019 have been fired or are not there anymore it was always dirty as well and instead of training me thoroughly they teased me and was even yelled at by coworkers when I made a mistakeI now have over a year and half's worth of Starbucks experience and have worked at 4 different locations and was not treated nearly as bad as any of them compared to this location be warned of Nicole dori or a few others from that crew are still there they were the worst

The last two times I’ve visited this location my order has been wrong. (I always get the same drink, no alterations, & right off the menu.)Even when I ask them to remake it, it still doesn’t taste right. They are also always backed up on mobile orders and the drive-thru. I’d suggest visiting a different location.

I’ve ordered from here I’d say about 10 times and more times than not it has not been a good experience. Last week I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order in the store with at least 15 other people waiting for the same. They are miserably understaffed. Today I ordered two items, specifying and confirming with the drive through attendant. Both items were wrong. This has happened separate three times. I hope they are able to get and train more employees or open a second location nearby.

Dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been to. Looks like a tornado went through. Spill stains, dirt, and wrappers on the floor. Slow service. Drive thru is packed with bmws and Audis full of teens ordering obnoxious drinks causing works to lose morale.
The interior and outdoor seating could use a good cleaning.

Service was quick and simple, drinks consistent and all expectations met as with any Starbucks!Vegetarian options: As with all Starbucks, they offer soy milk as well as coconut and almond I think. They have several vegetarian options for snacks as well, including sandwiches and cheese trays. For vegan option snacks, they have a plain bagel and avocado spread.
