The Harvest Skillet is one of the tastiest dishes at the park. Having the wax beans along with the green beans reminds me of Grandma. We seldom got those pale yellow beans and were so glad she grew them. The ham in it was fantastic. Thank you Shirley for creating these skillet meals!

My family and I tried the sausage skillet bowls on the “Tasting Pass” at Silver Dollar City at Buckshot’s Skillet Cookery during the Old Time Family Christmas Celebration this year. Even though it was a smaller portion, it was STILL enough for two! The regular portion could probably feed three! It had sliced smoked sausage, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spices cooked on the grill. It was a little greasy, but sausage always is! Very delicious. It is outdoors seating only, so it is wheelchair accessible by pulling up to a picnic table.Parking: There are very limited handicapped parking spots. You must arrive before the park opens, or it is a very low chance of getting one. If full, you may park, in preferred parking, which also fills early. All parking lots are serviced by trams, which may have a wait, depending on the time of year. Harvest Festival in October and especially Christmas are the busiest times of year for Silver Dollar City where Buckshot’s Skillet Cookery is. You may drop off at the entrance, as well.Wheelchair accessibility: You can rent wheelchairs and electric scooters for use in the park at the front gate. Renting online beforehand is highly recommended during peak seasons because they will sell out. There are some fairly steep hills to navigate in the park, to reach Buckshot’s Skillet Cookery. It’s paved the entire way. It’s outdoor seating only, at picnic tables, so wheelchair accessible.

Harvest Skillet doesn’t match the menu picture, turned out to be expired meal. The green beans lost their green color, it means food was reheated several days in a row, not hours! When I saw that , I did not refuse that meal, but instead being nice got that. That night I could not sleep because I got food poisoning from it! Listen your common sense, please! Be aware!

Buckshot Skillet CookeryI haven't eaten these many times in Silver Dollar City and they're usually really good. However, today was not the case!Skillet Meal - ?????Skillet meal today 7-20-2023 and it only had (3)!tiny pieces of ham the rest was potato and a few veggies.WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE???? THIS USED TO BE A PRETTY HEARTY MEAL IN SILVER DOLLAR CITY THAT ALL OF MY FAMILY AND I USED TO ENJOY!!!TODAY WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT OF THIS LOCATION.SILVER DOLLAR CITY MUST DO BETTER THAN WHAT WAS RECEIVED TODAY. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

Cafeteria food at best. Very disappointed. The wrap was so dry and bland and a rip off for $11. Way overpriced. Would not reccomend this place.

SPOT

Doesn’t look at all like the picture and the cashier was rude. Didn’t expect to pay $35 for a sprite and some mashed potatoes with sausage.

Absolutely horrible. Do not take your family to this establishment's window thinking you'll get anything edible. Service was nothing worth mentioning, but we expected that slightly as it was busy. All in all, we had to throw out a $20 (TWENTY) DOLLAR bowl of the harvest skillet, and turn around to buy a brisket grilled cheese from the other restaurant. You see their photos and expect homemade meals, not mush. This wasnt even near the bottom of the skillet, as we saw the cast member scoop it out. I'm disgusted, especially as it was my first visit and DEFINITELY my last. They have been around a while and my boyfriend raved about their food from the past experiences, but this was nothing of that similarity.

Cutler deal

Southwest salad was good. Dressing was spicy (as expected). Prices in park are always higher than elsewhere.

I love the succotash.

For park food, I thought it was good, but my Family Feud succotash skillet did not look anything like the picture on the menu. Overall I enjoyed my meal however. My mom had the turkey leg and it looked and tasted very good! The line was very long (true everywhere in SDC today) and moved very slowly, wander if they might have been short-staffed.
