Paid $150 for my mom and I to go to the New Year’s Eve party held here, I still can’t think of why. We arrived an hour in, and the venue was standing room only (for a prepaid event, it felt like they offered more tickets than they had the space for) We made it through all the way to the bar, no carding, no ID, no mention from anyone about the tickets we supposedly needed to access said event. The music was dated, and the crowd was about as dated. (we didn’t see many people south of their 50’s) It took forever to get the bartenders attention (which was crazy, we stood right in front of the bar and were practically invisible for the first 15 minutes we were there, in a room with no more than 40 people, and 2 people behind the bar) I ordered a sparkling cosmo, (one of their signature cocktails) and it was an overfilled glass of watered down prosecco. the next drink I ordered (a sex on the beach, from a different bartender this time, in case the first one was just a trainee or something) was so boozy I couldn’t drive home even if I wanted to about halfway through it. Every drink was $15-20. I could’ve saved my night making my own drinks at home. The hor de oeuvres weren’t bad. Mostly cheese and cold cuts. Definitely not what I expected in the Hilton’s, let alone for $75. I’d at least like to have been carded, maybe even asked for my ticket… I basically could’ve gone for free, or drink at home for much cheaper. The 1hr long drive there was more fun than the actual event. I guess my $75 tickets went to the champagne, cheap sliders, and the “complimentary” parking.

From time we arrived until we left we were treated very kindly. Room was clean and comfortable. Food and bar were good. Just across the street from the Landing which was very convenient!! Highly recommend staying with Hilton and make sure to join there awards program.

This hotel is not at all what I expected. The lobby and convention rooms are fine and what you would expect from a convention hotel. The room we stayed in (510), was disgusting!! There was a smell as soon as you opened the door that was like urine, cobwebs in the window, scratches/stains/?? in the toilet, and overall stains and a rundown, dark appearance. If that was all we had to deal with, I'd be happy, but we were in for a shock. One of the beds in the room had the bed skirt falling off the bed and the mattress pad not fully on. We looked at the bed skirt and noticed stains. Upon lifting up the bed skirt a bit, we saw what appeared to be bloody sheets. It was seriously traumatizing and such a health concern! I don't know how someone from housekeeping didn't see the issues with at least this one bed after the last guest! Thank God the 2nd bed was better, still a couple stains on the skirt and the bed sheets weren't fully tucked but this one was manageable. If we hadn't had an event at the convention center the next day or had driven in so late on Friday night, we would have found a new hotel. The convenience to the Landing is amazing, but boy do they need to gut these rooms and start over before I'd ever stay here again. Let the pictures speak for themselves...I don't even want to know what we didn't see...

My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway and loved everything about this property. We brought along our little dog and he was welcomed right away. Gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure, wish I could recall his name, and made checking in a breeze. Had dinner at their Level 2 Steakhouse and it was really good as well. Just across the street from Branson Landing with lots of shops and restaurants. Will be staying with this Hilton location again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Great amenities and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent location…within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved everything about this Hilton location. I highly recommend this Hilton for work, a wedding, conference or family vacation. I noticed they do allow pets but still maintain a high level of cleanliness….next time I’m bringing MY Westie!

This hotel was awful. My brother in law surprised us and book a room because we had a wedding. We'll they wouldn't give us the deal he booked because he wasn't there but on the phone said it was no problem. Also our first room had no hot water, it took them 45mins to figure out what they were going to do (they ended up switching us rooms). There was dried blood on the shower curtain, the room was so hot and crumbs all over the floor. Needless too say we cancelled our other night.

First off for the amount that was paid for 3 nights I should not have to complain about it being hot in my room. Plus I was told that when you leave your room the ac turns off bc it is motioned activated. Secondly I could tell they did not wipe down the bathroom cause hair was everywhere not hair that falls from your head I mean where someone shaved there face, it was on the counter, in the floor, and in the shower. I had to put down a washcloth just just to put my stuff on the counter. Thirdly you have to pay to park whether it’s park yourself or if valet parks you, you have to pay. I was very disappointed bc this was an anniversary present for me and my husband from our son. Will definitely stay somewhere else when I come back.

We were there for a conference . The staff was great. The room was awesome and everyone was very nice. It's close to everything including shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Any perfect for a convention or conference. We had a great trip and would return.

Last year we stayed across the street at the Hilton Promenade and were housed in the older part of the hotel. This summer we selected the newer Hilton Convention Center and were not disappointed. The service was wonderful. We are very disappointed that the Hilton Hotel brand has changed its breakfast service for Gold & Platinum Honors members. In the past, we received a choice of free hot breakfast for every room we booked or extra Bonus Points. Now they give the Honors member's room ONLY, a $30 food/drink credit. If you bring family and pay for additional rooms for them, they no longer provide anything for those rooms. Two people cannot eat breakfast and have coffee for $30. Because of this, we may consider staying at other Hilton properties in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for a week of dance competition. We booked this hotel for location and payed a very high nightly rate out of convenience. The staff was not helpful after initial check in. We had to request for our room to be cleaned and even when we did, it was not cleaned. They did bring fresh towels - which were brand new, not washed and left lint all over our skin. Restaurant has limited hours, breakfast buffet had cold food. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a better experience. If I am ever in Branson again, I will consider other hotels.
We have a King suite. To begin the room was really dirty…even the dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. We talked to housekeeping and they said they would get it clean. Gone all day and the room doesn’t look like they’ve done anything. They didn’t replace the coffee and gave us one paper cup. The wallpaper is coming loose from the walls, carpets are stained, bathtub literally had dirt. No free breakfast. The foyer area is nice the people at the deck were very nice. The pool area is nice. Workout room is small. It is conveniently located by The Landing shops and activities. Overall disappointed especially for a higher cost hotel. Won’t stay here again.

Don’t expect free breakfast. In fact it’s $20 per person and yet the quality was what you’d expect at a cheaper hotel. There was no sign saying please wait to be seated so we walked in and started helping ourselves to the breakfast buffet thinking it was like other hotels. Then when the staff started treating us weird it became extremely uncomfortable. It’s a freaking restaurant that’s a little higher quality than a Mcdonalds! There were no signs or indications that it was a restaurant where even hotel guests would have to pay. No one standing at the entrance to show us to our seats. In fact on the hotel guide it says “please join us for breakfast”. Also they played pool music till 11 pm on a Monday night, which we could hear in our hotel room. Other than that the room was nice and clean. Shower was designed weird where you have to get in just to turn on water to warm. So you get splashed with cold water just trying to turn it on. Big plus side though was, it is very close to Branson’s Landing!

Digital key and check out are SUPER! Also love the ability to tip by scanning a code as I rarely carry cash. Room was nice. I very much appreciate the two water bottles that were left for me in the room! No refrigerator, but that was ok. The tiny coffee pot is better than nothing as early as I get up, but water comes out of two, side-by-side holes even for only one cup? Who designed that? The shower is also a bad design. One must get wet with cold water when reaching in to turn on and adjust the water temp. AND, the water temp at 6:00 a.m. was tepid. Nice Crabtree & Evelyn products. Nice towels. The bed is comfortable. Room temp was good, no need to adjust. Website says pet friendly, although I did not have my pups on this trip. I appreciate that!

Some friends reserved a block of rooms for several of us, that were traveling to Branson. Our rooms were well stocked with all the necessary tolietries, and extra blankets as we requested, because of the crazy changing Missouri weather. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay here! Valet service and luggage taken to our rooms was a non-issue. (Everything happened with ease). Great location, near everything going on at The Landing.

Previously stayed at the landing Hilton. This Hilton is nicer inside the rooms. It feels very spacious. I really enjoyed having access to the event center since there was a craft show going on. I went down the flight of stairs and ended up in the behind-the-scenes area. It was just as clean and organized as the front customer facing side of the hotel. The food at the Buffay was adequate. I wish they had a custom omelette station or option with the buffet as I have seen at other Hilton properties. During the peak holiday season when everything is up charged, it would be nice for the paying elite member to get the daily credit for each room I pay for instead of just the one I am staying in.
