Never, ever again. For $20-$30+ dollars per person I’d expect the food to be warm, and actually good. This has gone down hill just like the rest of the park. Price gauging at every corner, rude staff, and never received coffee at the table. We sat there for almost an hour and the girl had the audacity to argue with me at the counter. Never again. This used to be our favorite place to get breakfast before hitting the park. This place has taken a nose dive. We’re not coming back. Season ticket holders for 30+ years. Just so disappointed in management of this park. Over sold, and under delivered.

Food is buffet style. No other word to describe other than blobby potatoes and the rest of the food had been there a while and not really that good. Chicken was dry and hard. Could not chew. Rolls are cold and hard that you pull out of a bag at the end of the buffet line. This was at lunch. We had 3 buffets with water and was charged $74. Ridiculous

We may have been here on an "off" evening. There was no one at the door or inside the restaurant, and we thought we'd gone in the back door because you have to go around a corner before you see the buffet. No employees were around the buffet either but there was a sign saying that their dishwasher was out, so they had paper plates and plastic utensils. We finally saw an employee when we exited the buffet and were told that you go to a table and then a server will come to get your drink order and will bring your ticket at the end of the meal. It felt awkward. The food was okay -- fried chicken, ham, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, etc. Nothing good enough to go back for more, but everyone got fed. Our server was friendly and pleasant.

We enjoyed our lunch here. The lunch buffet was modest but had enough variety to please. The wait staff was excellent.

They should put a sign on the door to let folks know that they are entering the buffet line as they walk, in to avoid awkwardness. Other than that, the place is a great little pit stop in the park and a good value for good eats.

Our waitress Betty was wonderful, however a woman named Laura in the kitchen was incredibly rude. This woman yelled at a family member of mine for accidentally using the wrong serving tongs between the fish and chicken (which are located side by side and look nearly identical). When asked to apologize, Laura argued with my family so we asked to speak to someone else.Tyler, the park host then came and spoke with us. He apologized for Laura’s behavior and then discounted our bill. The restaurant itself was disorganized…the serving line is confusing as to what direction you are supposed to go in. There is very little room to walk in the line and it would not be possible to fit strollers, or wheelchairs for customers needing those accommodations. The park itself was wonderful but we won’t be back to this restaurant and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.
Our waitress, Betty, was wonderful. The best part of our experience. Laura, the cook-server, was awful. She was very rude to a couple of people in our party of 13, especially my sister. When we asked for a manager, Laura showed up and proceeded to argue with the adults in our group, until my daughter told her to just apologize. Tyler, the park host, did come and speak to us and did apologize. Big black mark on our day at Silver Dollar City!

This restaurant is located within Silver Dollar City near the entrance gate and opens early. Breakfast was fresh and hot - buffet style with all you can eat. The fresh fruit was delicious: watermelon, cantaloupe, and strawberries. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our meal. The buffet also included biscuits, sausage, bacon (paper thin), scrambled eggs, and chunk fried potatoes (not greasy). Coffee was good. Highly recommend. Food was not salted, you can do that per personal taste, no problem.

Food was excellent but Im writing a review to thank the worker who was so kind and hospitable. Robin was so kind when she noticed I needed help with carrying the kid's plates. And she was very well knowledged about SDC and the things we should't miss during our day there. The people are what I think makes SDC so special!

Wonderful food, great hospitality. We eat here every time we visit the city. The gals always take such good care of us when we eat there!
