Our waitress, Kayla, was amazingly friendly and helpful. She took time to make us feel relaxed and informed. Decor was beautiful and food was very tasty, especially the creamed corn and the chedder biscuits. Definitely recommend this and will revisit!
The service was great, the seating was comfortable, the food is served via "family style" in bowls, but some of the items i.e. broccoli and cheese casserole, the biscuits weren't baked long enough, the meatloaf and greens were "sub-par."I expect a restaurant representing "southern style" cooking to meet a "southern style" standard. I do not look for the quantity of the food. I look for the quality of the food. I understand some will not agree with my assessment of the food and that's perfectly okay, but my mom's meatloaf, biscuits, greens, broccoli añd cheese casserole were absolutely delicious.Respectfully,R MontgomeryNote: I do not live to eat, but I must enjoy the food I choose to eat.

Three of the four had never experienced the family style service at a Paula Dean’s but quickly picked fried chicken, pork chops, baked beans, okra, mac & cheese and creamed potatoes. Everyone agreed that the okra was the best they’d had at any restaurant, the pork chops were tender and the chicken was seasoned well. All the sides were great but the biscuits were very dense and hard. The service was a bit slow especially since there were only about 8 tables filled in the entire place. It wasn’t busy at all but the server rarely checked in and we waited for drink refills for a while. The peach cobbler and ooey gooey cake were very good but the banana pudding was just ok. Overall we were pleased and will probably visit again.
Was not impressed, won't be back. Not sure what all the hype is

The server needed to visit the dentist. Not a good representative for the business.

Service and atmosphere were perfectly fine but the food quality was a major disappointment. Chicken and dumplings were a particularly poor attempt. As a reference point for anyone reading this review I’d rank Paula Dean’s food somewhere below that of a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Save your money. There are so many better restaurants to choose from in the Branson area.

I came with little expectations but left with a smile on my face. I’m not sure about other Wait Staff’s but my wife, her friend and I got Kimberly Rachael. She made us feel like we’re family, was patient, answered all our questions and we had a great Dinner experience. Make sure you ask for her to be your waitress, if you don’t get her your experience may differ. Thanks Kimberly we had a great experience because of you!

Excellent customer service from Kimberly Rachael! Best of our meal was meatloaf, green beans, yams and ooey gooey cake. Mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese lacked flavor. Left full and happy!! Will be back to try more.

Mostly delicious, but the sides seemed cheap. Pretty expensive too, unless you can eat a lot of food at once - you cant take it home.
