We came in at 530 on Sunday night during north pole adventure. We walked up ordered our food, filled our drinks, and picked a seat. They bring your food to you. It was 50 after tax and a 6$ tip. We had two chicken strip kid meals with fries and drinks. The two meat plate with ribs, pulled pork, potatoe salad, and onion rings and a cheeseburger and Ala carte onion rings (the onion rings were PLENTY to share). The food was good, the ribs were fabulous, and everything tasted fresh and worth what we spent! The environment is fun and clean. We will be back!

My husband and I are out of town on Thanksgiving and searched for a place that was open. We saw that this place was open and took reservations. We have never had a worse Thanksgiving meal in our lives! It was like we were caught in a bad dream. When we walked in, there was no one to seat us or give directions as the people piled up behind us waiting to get in, my husband finally went and asked the lady cleaning tables and she flippantly pointed us across the room and said to see the lady in the black shirt. The turkey was that rolled kind. Were they mix white and dark together; it was stone cold. The green beans were horrid. The whole meal was awful. it's Thanksgiving for crying out loud you can have real butter for your rolls I mean literally nothing was homemade, either go the extra yard for Thanksgiving, or don't open up! Oh, yeah, the pie was gross...

Counter ordering instead of table service that is okay except only one staff was available to take orders and complete orders. Happily it was off peak lunch service and the employee was pretty efficient getting our food out. Friendly, food was good and a decent value.

I had a chicken salad sandwich and my husband had a burger and fries. The food was good. This was really handy because it’s near silver dollar city and we had time to kill.

This business has changed it's name to The Shepherds Grill & no longer serves breakfast. They open at 11:00AM.

Food was terrible, ordered a chicken salad, and it came out with pork ontop. Had it remade and could revenge finish the meal before I started experiencing stomach cramps and nausea. Would not recommend. Defebitly better places in Branson (the waitress was nice and put up with our complaints about the food.)Wheelchair accessibility: Half the parking lot was empty. But that did bot matter as every empty spot was handicap

I would not eat here again. It's now a grill. I had chicken chunks, my husband had a barbq sandwich. Food wasn't great. We paid $38 something for two adult meals and 2 kids meals. There was no one else in there eating.

My meal of Shepherds pie was dry. I guess I just expected more gravy in it. My husband's Fish and Chips was looking good. He said the Chips, which were fries, coated in some kind cheddar seasoning. 3 small cod strips. Small tub of slaw and same size tarter sauce. Pictures attached. The waitress, Kathy, was very pleasant and helpful to us. She was very attentive to anything we needed. It was not busy at all here on a Wednesday. Hard to get to by Google maps. Only a few parking places. It has a great design on the interior and that is rustic. Food was fast getting out which made me wonder. But over all I would suggest it if you have larger pockets then we do. The place was suggested to us as a good place to dine in the evening. I'm sorry I could not give more stars but food needs to be fresher and if you give customer salad you need to let them have dressing for it.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem getting into the place. They have lots of handicap parking.

I left the review for this on the Shepherd of the Hills. I will add pictures of the bbq nachos which was really
Ribs (the special) were tough. The food took over 45 minutes to get to our table and there was no one else in the restaurant. The fries were fresh and good but the onion rings were cold... Really, this was not a good dining experience. We brought the food home to the dogs so it would not go to waste. Not eating here again.

Food was OK, lukewarm but OK. The service was good, except they don't bring the ice tea, water or lemonade around to refill your glass. Atmosphere/entertainment was good. Over all it was a good evening.

The burger is great. Not over seasoned. The fish and chips is pretty tasty too. The wait staff is friendly and top-notch. The views of the valley are amazing.
