We got a pizza on Friday we ordered it. It was already pre-cooked. It was cold and soggy and I called and talked to a manager and he really didn’t care and we’ve been a member since 91 and I’ve never had a problem with any other Sams except for the Cape Girardeau, Sams. They suck.

I’ll start off by saying I like sams club, and I know they chk receipts and I agreed to a membership allowing them to chk. But I will not wait behind 10-15 ppl standing in line to get my receipt looked at. I walked passed the ppl waiting cause my time is important. The lady checking receipt literally comes outside and stops me from walking. I told the lady I will not wait behind 10-15 ppl and she could not be outside stoping me from walking away. If your going to do this have more ppl checking receipts. But physically trying to stop someone from leaving is not the way to do business. My time is just as important as anyone else’s. If ppl choice to stand and wait that’s fine by me but if i choose not to wait don’t put ur hands on me or my stuff. Ur policy going to get someone hurt eventually.

Hot dog and 32 oz soda for $1.70! Cant beat that for lunch for a kid ( or adult).
