The female bartender was completely dismissive, aggressive, and unprofessional tonight. Honestly she was one of the most unprofessional bartenders I’ve ever been with before, let alone the fact she was rubbing up with the other male bartender who was working. I wouldn’t recommend this bar at all due to the staff that they hire. Please hire staff who actually have customer service experience instead of fighting with paying bar patrons.

Usually stop in for drinks, but needed food on this particular trip. I was blown away. I am not kidding: the burger I had rivals and was probably better than anything else Columbia. Fries were crispy and hot. I will 1000% return for food very soon. Service was great as well. Tables and booths were clean.

A small group of us took my son out for a drink for the first time since he just turned 21. The service was ridiculously slow. The waitress knew none of the answers to the simplest questions. Don't waste your time on the food it was horrible. We ordered nachos which took 30 minutes to get and the cheese was literally ice cold. The drinks were inconsistent. Three of us ordered the exact same drink and they did not taste the same. Very slow service. The waitress was more interested in standing around talking to the other waitresses than actually waiting on her table. Not a place that we would ever go again.Amazing how there were several waitresses and tap House response is to assume they know who our waitress is. Being a new waitress doesn't mean that you stand around and talk instead of checking on your tables. Having been a waitress myself in the past never did I ever stand around and do nothing and use the excuse that it's because I'm new. Even more of a reason never to recommend a good movie of this place again thanks for lowering the stars that I did give you down to a one Good job tap House full of excuses and lies.
