Most of the flavors aren't available, and what is available is the bottom of the barrel with frostbite and chunks of ice. Save yourself the disappointment and go across the street to DQ

Obviously poorly managed. Had barely any pre-packs in the freezer, the ones that were there had torn up containers and leaked ice cream on them. The woman working stormed out when we came in and seemed extremely annoyed that we had disturbed her doing nothing. She then charged my friend for both my and her ice cream even though we never said we were paying together (because we weren't) of course she walked away extremely quickly before I could ask her why she'd just charged my friend for my ice cream. Very frustrating and an overall bad experience. Would not recommend this location.

31 flavors!? More like 10. Not sure why but every time I have gone to this location they barely have any icecream.

I would give -20 stars if possible. The last THREE times I have came here they have said the supplier truck either broke down or they were waiting on their supply to arrive and they only had 3 or 4 weird fruity flavors left. On top of that everyone that works there is rude. If they consistently only have 3 or 4 flavors when the brand is supposed to have 31 then they clearly need to re-evaluate and change their supplier or trucking company because this is unacceptable. And if they’re going to be okay with repeatedly disappointing customers with never having ice cream when they’re an ICE CREAM SHOPPE then they need to at least higher nicer employees to break the news. I’ve never seen a business more okay with mediocrity.

So I'm going to rant. DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING IN STORE AND ONLINE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE IT. I was super excited to go get the upside down sundae from Stranger Things and you don't have it well take it off the internet and don't put posters in your store. Because worst experience I have ever had.

Rachelle is the fastest, most efficient, and amazing employee I have ever encountered at this location. She just ran the entire Subway AND Baskin Robins- SOLO... Customers kept a steady flow in the door for a dinner rush and the whole time, without missing beat, she got them taken care of and out the door in a matter of minutes... We are all shocked at how awesome this lady is. Our food was great and the customer service was the best. Most definitely recommend this location only if Rachelle is working!

I keep asking for Chocolate Fudge, which they used to carry, to be brought back. I have even talked to the manager and she won't do it. It is a favorite flavor in our family. I know other people want it too. I have talked to them when I have gotten ice cream. But, they won't order it to please their customers.
