Yummy sushi but small portions. The sushi tasted fresh and delicious. We got takeout on a Sunday, and it was ready within 20 min. - Salmon Sashimi (5/5): so fresh! I love when salmon almost melts in your mouth. Only 5 pieces of salmon though for $11 - White Dragon Roll (4.5/5): very flavorful, a little heavy on the spicy mayo but still yummy- Tiger Roll (4/5): excellent. The most amazing sushi in Columbia, and I've tried them all. Bonsi has very fresh product and presentation is beautiful. Their cut of sushi is outstanding, they should be your first pick for sushi! The atmosphere is perfect for date night or small group setting, it's very intimate. The service is 5-star, don't over pay for other places in town, this IS the hidden gem!

I've come a couple times and have always been very impressed with their food. Sushi is very fresh and well done. I've had their Katsu don and Katsu ramen. The Katsu is pretty good and the ramen is okay. However their sushi is where Bonsai really shines. They also have a lot of market fresh sushi at market price. If you're in Columbia I would definitely recommend coming to Bonsai for some very good and authentic sushi.
