We arrived at around 2:00 in the afternoon and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated despite the place not being busy. After we were seated we waited another 10 minutes to order drinks while the waiter flirted with the two ladies in the booth behind us. After finally ordering drinks he again disappeared for about 15 minutes while we waited to order an appetizer. During our time in the store he had 3 tables he was waiting on. After getting to place our order the food came out quickly and was good.The table we were seated in was dirty. There was food on the seats and the silverware was dirty and had a large tear in the seat bottom. As good as the food was it was not enough to redeem the poor service and the fact things were unclean. I will probably give the chain another chance but not this particular store.

Our server Rachel was so sweet!! The kitchen was a bit behind and she was so accommodating…I did get the buffalo chicken wrap and when it arrived it was wonderful and even great leftover because we were already full from the appetizers that were priced very reasonable for the amount of food! Thank you Rachel?great work!

Been going here when I’m in Columbia for years. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location and I’m not willing to wait on hold all night to speak with a manager.Any recommendations for a good place to eat in Columbia?

Went with family. The food was good. Our server was good. If you have allergies I would not recommend eating here. It was obvious they do not have a solid allergy protocol in place. Got sick. If I go again I'll stick to water.Dietary restrictions: They do offer a gluten sensitive menu. Ordered off of it. They mixed up my side dish and had placed a dish with a gluten containing side item on my plate. This was brought out to me. There was no quality control check. That should have been flagged before it left the kitchen. I was assured the rest of the food on the plate was safe and made the mistake of eating it. Obviously it was not and several days later I'm still paying for trusting the food was safe.
