Love imos pizza where ever I eat it! Columbia location is good! Service good and mellow crew that seem very nice I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves the St.Louis famous taste of IMOS!! Love it!

Love me some Imo's, but the atmosphere lacks from Shakespeare's. If you like Imo's this location does the job. I ordered the 10" lunch special with provel garlic bread and drink. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

As a Saint Louis native and lover of Imo's, I assumed this location would be similar to STL locations (hence the concept of a franchise??) but boy was I wrong. Young blonde girl working at the front was ungodly rude and unapologetic when she told us our pizza was nowhere near ready after showing up even after the ETA. The entire ambiance of the restaurant was horrible and will never return. STRAY AWAY!!!
The sad part is I do enjoy Imo's pizza. But when you promise to fix a mistake, and don't follow thru, that is restaurant suicide. Bums me out that the integrity of your establishment isn't as good as the food. I've ordered a lot of pizza from you, but will not any longer because I was not valued as a customer. Because your promise was not fulfilled. Not only will my business be lost, but this was an establishment I recommend often to travelers staying where I work at. I won't be doing that any longer either. As someone who worked in and managed restaurants for over 20 years, I recommend you stop breaking your promises. Because 1 mistake unfixed can cost you thousands in the future. And I garuntee that is what just happened here.

My review is pretty biased because I'm from St. Louis. I grew up with imo's, and I love imo's. If you're not a fan of super thin crust pizza, check out their amazing sandwiches, pastas, and salads.Dietary restrictions: They recently came out with a cauliflower crust pizza.

Placed my delivery order at 5:15 pm and selected "ASAP". I was told it would arrive at 7:10pm. This was what they considered ASAP. I ordered Toasted Ravs and bread bites. My cold order arrived at 7:50pm. Ravs tasted as if they were cooked yesterday and heated in a microwave. Bread was tough and tasteless. This used to be a great family restaurant. Not any longer.
