Service was great. We ordered from the kiosk but some of the choices on the order turned up wrong when we got the food, they made it right when we told them about it.Parking: They have plenty of free parking.

Honestly it is the cleanest Taco Bell in CoMo. And the customer service has always been top notch. I had a issue when ordering through the app where it charged me but the order wasn’t placed. I called and they made my meal with no questions asked. I showed the maneuver the transaction and he apologized for the system error despite it not being his fault. I will keep coming back just for this action. Totally recommend

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. We ordered online ( a substantial order), when we went to pick it up and we were told it wasn’t ready, 30 minutes later, after several orders were filled, it still wasn’t ready. Every time the person up front asked about the order the guys in the back yelled at her. We couldn’t just cancel our order, we had to call customer service who informed us the order was canceled but it would be a week before the credit card was credited. Obviously this location cares little about customers. Truly pathetic!

We usually have good experiences with this Taco Bell -- it's close to my fiancé's workplace and an easy bite, but sometimes they close before hours of operation. Overall we've had a good experience, but they may need to consider changing their Google hours of operation or marking it somehow.

I ordered online at store 29943 at 11:57 am today 10/09/2023. My order was $63.58. When I arrived they had no customers inside and I asked about my order. She said we have it and are working on it. In the mean time, many customers came in, they took their orders and filled them along with several drive through orders. I went back to counter to inquire about my order and the guy on the make line yelled at the lady in the front that they are short handed. I said, although that is not of my concern, I am concerned that they have filled their whole dining area of people who came in AFTER I arrived. They again replied we are busy. They cleared that group and started filling the dining room again. I asked to cancel my order and she said she couldn't and she left the counter and went into the bathroom. I returned home with no food and waited 20 minutes listening to a Taco Bell recording until a customer service representative came online. She found my order, canceled it and said it would take 6 days to refund. I had to ask if a complaint would be filed and she gave me an off the cuff, reply of yeah. I went online to fill out a complaint form and the state drop down menu doesn't drop down any states and won't allow me to complete it without that filled in. What a fail on the local store, your customer service representative, and your corporate complaint online form. I am so disappointed in the whole experience!!
