The hubs and his kids have been wanting ro take me to Pasta Factory a while. The kids came by and brought me flowers for Valentines and asked us if we wanted to go with them to eat. A quick shower and off we go! We all had pasta, of course! They do have other items, too. The tortellini, mushroom, and garlic was delish. Needed a little more salt for me, but I'm a salty girl. The fettuccine alfredo was very good and the sauce was on the thicker side, which I like... sticks to the pasta better. My dish was the lobster ravioli in blue cheese cream sauce. Yum! No one could tell to sauce was bkue cheese, so it wasn't strong. The ravioli had no fishy taste to it. The fried mozzarella is two Triangle squares... I could have eaten 10 they were so good. The Capreae said was delish as well. Great choice for a double date dinner with the kids.

I thought I had nailed making my own pasta because it was better than every restaurant I've been to, then I ate here. Lowered my self worth. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! They don’t have different types of pasta, which is strange for a “pasta factory” and the food was okay, not super flavorful. I would come back if I wanted quick and easy, but not something worth writing home to..

A local owned and operated Italian place is a rarity in Columbia it seems. I honestly had never been to this one and have lived around here all my life. Food was legitimately good and service was with a smile.

Fast service. Salad 7/10 Good size and pretty good homemade dressing but not amazing. Bread 7/10 Good. They bring out oil and butter. Fettuccini Alfredo 8/10. Good sauce. A little too sweet. Chicken Scallopini 9/10. Really good red sauce. I was dipping the bread in the extra sauce.

We were in Columbia, Missouri for LSU game and read great reviews about it. The ambiance and staff were great! We got the Italian sausage lasagna. We were a lil disappointed that there were not much meat.

The Pasta Factory is such a great place for comfort food and good service. The food is delicious and the servings are generous. I have been here before and have enjoyed it, and this time around we decided on the Toasted Ravioli, Factory Salad, spaghetti, and cheesy garlic bread. It was all so good, such tasty comfort food. At the end we ordered the spumoni which is one of my favorites, and the three scoops were a nice way to finish off lunch. The service was great and friendly. We were never without, and we were well taken care of. The ambiance of the place is very cozy with nice woodwork, stained glass and ceiling fans that are pulled by a motorized belt. The Pasta Factory is cozy, friendly and delicious!

A bit expensive but better than average Italian food. Coming from NYC I might be a bit spoiled so this might be considered better than most around here. The food was good and the service fast and friendly. A bit noisy on a busy Saturday night but our entrees and drinks were good.

Let me start by saying that my husband has dementia. On Thursday afternoons he is someone else’s care. I use the time to eat a nice meal that someone else prepares and served in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. When I arrived at 1:30 EVERY table was empty. There were 3 booths occupied. I requested a table and was taken all the way to the back by the kitchen!! Really? While the waitress was in the kitchen I moved to a two seat table. Just as I sat down 2 waitress came at me from 2 difference directions and in VERY loud voices started telling me I couldn’t sit there because they used the tables for carry out orders and used them to extend tables for large groups. Now, it is. Thursday afternoon at 1:30. How many carry out orders and large groups are they going to have during this time? She proceeded to seat me to the right of the table where she originally seated YES! Still in the back by the kitchen. I didn’t say anything I just walked out. So much for a quiet relaxing hour.
