50/50 on if you get a great tasing and good looking flatbread. starting to get very annoyed with the inconsistency and my flatbread today was TRASH. clearly not all the employees have been trained the same and dont look at the order when extras have been paid for.

Went in to tropical smoothie the other day and as soon as I walked in, Devin the general manager greeted me with smile and was more then helpful on my order since I have never been in a tropical smoothie before I had no idea what to order and he gave me some good ideas that made my smoothie amazing and my food even better!! Would definitely go back!! Thank you Devin for your help

As a regular at this location I was very disappointed to hear that your manager Caedmon I believe has been let go. He always greeted me with a smile and from what I saw he was a hard worker. Even gave me a free smoothie one morning when he saw I was having a rough day. He was a nice young man. I am simply very disappointed and will no longer be putting my money towards this company.

Not really much you can say about a smoothie place. The Sunrise Sunset was a sugary delight. However, it was not blended well as the consistency was uneven. Service was a bit slow, but the staff were all visibly working hard.

Food is amazing but customer service has gone downhill in the last 3 months. if you can order ahead and not deal with people inside, by all means- have their food. We were weekly customers but not any longer. We’ve been coming after my kids practice for years showing up between 8:35-8:45 each time for food and smoothies before an hour ride home. Today I walked in a 8:42 and was told no food. They obviously had cleaned up way early and they were just waiting to leave. The last straw was one smoothie not even close to filled, if you can’t make the proper amount at least hide it by splitting what you have evenly.
