The locals highly recommended State Line BBQ, and rightfully so. The BBQ meat is outstanding! We waited until our last day and purchased 1lb of pulled pork and 1lb of sliced brisket so that we could take some home. The baked beans were outstanding with a nice smoked flavor, the baked potato salad is an interesting take on the traditional, and the coleslaw is light and refreshing. If we are back in the area, State Line BBQ will be a go to!

I've now had the best BBQ ever!Traveling 1300 miles recently I turned out of my friends drive there it is state line BBQ.I'm so happy I turned in as I walked up I was greeted by an extremely friendly cat outside opening the door my mouth started watering with the real smoke meat smell.I ordered 1 platter sat outside with my new best friend the cat since it was such a nice day.After I finished I ordered another to put in the cooler for later it was that good.I travel extensively and do true reviews positive or negative this place needs 10 stars worth a little extra travel time if your close to stop here you won't be sorry.Thank you state line.Parking: Pull up and park.
In Sept of 2022 we had the best fried catfish at State Line bbq. The sign advertises Catfish on the side of the building. This sept (2023) something has changed. If you like imported white fish or Swahi then you will like this fish. I don’t care for imported white fish or swahi. The sept 2023 fish we were served at State Line bbq did not taste like real US catfish. It tasted slightly like chemicals and was rubbery. Horseshoe grill in Eureka Springs has 5 star catfish.Parking: Easy parking

I had the chopped brisket sandwich and a 1/2 lb of pulled pork. The brisket was a bit dry and the pork did not have a lot of flavor. However, I did like their sauce.

Was out working today and took a wrong turn and I happen to find this place. Had lunch here and it was the best surprise I have ever found. Atmosphere was awesome. Brisket was unreal. homemade barbecue sauce was amazing. I can’t wait to come back!
