paid 30.00 for 2 people to eat at a fast food restaurant and ot was terrible whopper buns tasted stale onoin rings and cheddar tots were soggy dripping with Greece that tasred old and they were not busy and it took 15 minutes to get are food after we ordered we asked for some zesty sauce and we.got 2 little packets of sauce so i went in to get more sauce and the kitchen was a disaster and again only 2 packs of sauce and they failed to.give me a e recipt so i went back in and had them print me one i am going to complain

This place is a total joke. If you go by at night they may not even respond to you when you try to place an order (I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes then backed out). You may however see them scurrying from/to cars in the parking lot when you pull up. Also why is the light for the sign always off at night? I thought about stopping in the other day (about a month ago) but the place seemed empty and dark except for (Wait for it!) an employee in their car. I knew I was not going to get any good food at this point so I decided to go to McDonald's across the highway and you would not believe it there was a line around the building, more business than they could handle. I don't normally even write reviews but all I'm saying is if whoever owns this place doesn't care enough to notice this is going on before this review then JUST CLOSE IT. Or maybe it's some kind of tax write off. I don't know or care. I'm not going to bother trying to eat here again. This is not about any of the employees. This is clearly a management/ownership problem.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Took me 10 minutes to get there for pick-up. Was told to wait and that took another 15 minutes to get my food. When I asked why, they said even though you order ahead, the app doesn't put the order in until you arrive. I don't believe them, since the receipt for my order was time stamped at the time I ordered, 27 minutes before I got my food.We won't be back.

Worst fast food establishment. Our order was completely incorrect. The employee who brought the order out smelled terribly like marijuana. Ordered the big king, received a jr double cheese burger with pickle and onion only, original chicken sandwich with cheese and extra mayo, no cheese, very little mayo, and was out of diet coke.

When I came through the drive through 30 minutes before close there was ONE employee working the drive through. His name is Teddy. He was greeting customers at the box to tell them that the speaker was broken and that he’d take their order at the first menu. Then he’d run around and take the orders, then he’d bring the food to your car. I’m thoroughly impressed with his customer service. He deserves a raise!!!

I made a 15 minute trip from my home to the Burger King in Eureka yesterday (22 Oct) evening for the purpose of avoiding to cook for myself…..a terrible error in judgement on my part! Entered the Drive-Through, ordered 2 Large Whopper meals and 2 Cheeseburgers, a pleasant enough experience so far. I pulled up and paid and was asked to pull forward and my “meal” would be brought right out to me. As promised a young man brought delivered my meal I in-turn accepted it and drove away…key point, I did not check the content of the bag! Upon my arrival at home I removed the contents of the bag…no fries, well that’s not entirely true, there were actual two cold French fries at the bottom of the bag. I removed two Whoppers, one dressed completely and the other naked, just a bare burger patty., no condiments, vegetables, or professional pride for that matter. The drinks and the 2 Cheeseburger’s were okay but the customer service in general….wanting! So, $36.00 later I ate my naked and cold Whopper, my 2 French Fries, and choked them down with my Coke. Never again!
Long wait. Didn't have Sprite. Didn't have fries. The food was ok. I got root beer and onion rings instead. Ghost pepper Burger was not spicy and the fake cheese sauce wasn't good.

I dined in at this location this evening. The restaurant did not have working air conditioning unfortunately. However, the food was top notch and extremely fresh and the two gentlemen working were were courteous and awesome at their jobs. I truly appreciate great service and that was definitely delivered on this visit. My son and I had nice quick dinner and were very pleased. Thanks for the crown!
