Food and drinks are always correct at this location, which is a breath of fresh air. My only complaint is orders can take a while at the drive through. I don’t think their card machine is working, and took over 5 minutes to order, pay, and receive two drinks.

I ordered a number 3 it came out in a timely manner.I got half way home an bit into my burger an chipped my back tooth on a piece of metal that was in it an when I called them and told them they apologized an said they were sending me a card to get the next meal on them the manager clearly lied as I didn't receive it I immediately called corporate and told them they said " we assure you that we will take care of this an got my name and address" another lie,I have always had a good experience there but since they can't keep their word I guess I will contact a lawyer to get my tooth taken care of. Sad when people just can't keep their word at Chillicothe Sonic! Heart broken I love their food!

I come here every day I work. 5 days a week. I ordered the same supersonic double cheeseburger everyday and at least once out of a week my burger is freshly made and every time after that it's like water down patties that's been soaking in water I love excelsior springs Sonic but I'm starting to get tired of it watered down

The car hop was extra nice. There was not an option for a tip on screen and most ppl do not have cash so I tipped him $20 because I know these ppl are losing out on tips. Food was good and workers were great but sonic needs to do better at on-screen tip option.
There is way to much salt on the food usually I don't even write reviews but I just went and got two breakfast toasters and I can't even eat mine bc the amount of salt on it is burning my
I went here at 6pm on a Wednesday. Every stall was full. Every. Stall. The drive thru was also backed up. My first thought was, "Oh no not going through this", but I decided to sit in line anyway. I was amazed at how quickly it went through. These girls working were MOVIN. By the time I had my food, most of the cars in the stalls were gone as well. Food was great, as ordered, they even apologized for my wait (Seriously, what wait I was expecting WAY LONGER). Amazing job!
