First and foremost this is my first time coming to this restaurant in over a year. I live out in Kansas. I pulled up to order my food. After ordering I did say hello because there was a long pause and I heard nothing back. I have this on my dash cam. Lady came out to tell me not to skip the speaker box anymore, that I can't keep doing that. Mind you, this is my first time here in over a year. I did explain to her that I did order through the box and got no response back as I have this on my dash cam. She told me I did not and she does not care what I have to say and was very rude to me about it. She proceeded to belittle me as thinking I was somebody else. I do not understand why getting my food was so hard all I did was order one sandwich and I ended up asking for my refund because I how rude she was being. If you want service don't go to this one I recommend you find somebody a little more qualified educational wise for this job.

Hardee's food is always good. But at this location service was slow. My loaded omelet was hot but did not have much filling and biscuits was a little doughy.

Slight discrepancy on my order (a biscuit sandwich shortage), but the Manager was fantastic by making it right, and I have never had any other issues with this location. GREAT PEOPLE AND BREAKFAST.

Ordered two A1 doubles I received beef jerky plastic onion rings and a hard bottom bun on both. This was after they have asked me to pull forward and wait longer for fresh food.

Went in Friday night for dinner around 6:30pm. Noone else in diningroom. Fries were old and soda in lobby flat. They were playing Rap music from kitchen extremely loud. I don't mind Rap music, but when it has cuss words and talks about killing it wasn't appropriate. We will not be coming back.

Redemption! After eating at Hardees in Olathe and in Gladstone and encountering nothing but garbage I have found this Gem of deliciousness that is Hardee's. The Fries were fresh, hot and crisp to the bite. I ordered the Western Bacon cheeseburger combo and the Burger tasted freshly cooked and had a beef flavor unlike the other locations with the over cooked leather taste. The Onion rings were crispy and hot and the burger had the perfect amount of BBQ sauce to carry the flavor in each bite. The manager offered us extra food because they made an extra but we were full. My lady had the chicken strips and I tasted one and to my excitement it was deliciously cooked to perfection, moist on the inside and flaky crispy on the out... mmmm. I know now that there is one location I can go to after craving for 5 years. Thank you and I tip my hat to the friendly staff as well they did a fantastic job on a Sunday afternoon.

Corey the order taker and cashier complained about my dog being in the car in a very rude and unprofessional way. Then approached me and my wife ( dogs still in the car with us) while we ate our lunch in our car and gave us the most insincere apologie ever. She could not even keep a straight face while she tried to apologize.

I have eaten at a lot of Hardees over my lifetime and this is probably the worst Hardees I've ever eaten at!! I got the big breakfast Only got 9 hash rounds that were old and hard. The biscuits didn't taste right like they normally do and the gravy was chunky like it wasn't mixed right and all was cold

Wrong fries, no ice and the food was cold. All I wanted was some damn curly fries and they couldn'teven do that. Its not likethe order was mixed up eitherbecausewe were the ONLY CAR IN THE LINE. ?

Tried to go in because they have been open, door locked (no sign). Decided we needed to drive through so after several minutes someone came on the speaker and said they were closed for cleaning (no sign there either). When we drove out there were 2 girls standing by their car smoking. Not a good way to run a business?

If you’re ever driving by this Hardee’s around dinner time and wonder why there are no cars in the drive thru, stop by for some fries and you’ll soon find out. Fries were stale AF. Burger was decent but, come on man! Hard; cold and stale fries are unacceptable!
