There's a young man that's there in the evening most every time I come in and he goes above a beyond the normal customer service quota and deserves a raise because this is the only store I've been in that doesn't frown down on me for using my food stamp card for my purchase. I come in a couple times a month on Friday for your $5 large pepperoni, sausage, or cheese pizza. I have it for dinner and a couple days for lunch. It's a great bargain for me as I have to watch my money to make it last throughout the month. I will make sure to look at his name tag the next time I go in because he deserves special recognition within your company!Kid-friendliness: Excellent fast and friendly service always!

$5 pizza but can’t change a sauce ?? Crazy !!If you don’t like red sauce then can’t substitute for a white sauce!! What a crock !I could understand if they were busy but not a single person was there except for the one worker who apparently is lazy and didn’t want to do anything. I’ll never go back.The Blue Springs location was better and helpful and listened to their customers.

Just want to say it's 8 o'clock went into the Papa Murphy's on 23rd St. they're already breaking down everything on the website it says that they have a triple pep ordered a triple pep and they said they don't have it any more! Bad customer service skills. And why are they breaking down everything with an hour till closing!!!!!

I've never had a bad experience with Papa Murphy's and I always get exceptional service no matter which Independence location I go to. Consistency is key and Papa Murphys has that in spades.I love that Thai Chicken pizza. The thin crust you guys put out is so crunchy and delectable, it ought to be illegal.
Terrible Service and Dirty Environment, and I wouldn't doubt the food be be any better if I received it. I had a situation with my online, Papa Murphy's charged me for the order but never placed it. I went to talk with someone who was at the store and told me there was nothing they could do because it wasn't in the system . Not only that he was giving me major attitude while I was trying to explain my situation. Not to mention that was the last bit of money for something they refused to give me or even give me some better customer service. A coupon or something for the money I pretty much got stolen. I would love to give this place zero stars.

Food was delicious as always and you can't beat the two pizzas and 2liter and cookies for im thinking it was $27.
It was nice and clean, workers were polite and curtious and so glad I ordered over the phone though they were swamped the day I got there despite the snow flurries probably because it was a football game day and because their food is so good plus they are kind and except food stamps I go there at least once to twice a month! <3
