Waited 13 minutes at the speaker, for a mobile order. Asked at the window if their sensor was broken, they just said no. This happens every time I visit. Rude employees. Called to bring it to their attention and the manager “Hector” hung up on me. Called back and someone in the back asked “what does she want now”. Very rude and totally unprofessional. Avoid this location.

Ordered a shake and got home to find out the milk was spoiled! I called to inform them and the girl that took the call was extremely rude and argued that it was supposed to taste like it did. I don't recommend ever visiting this location

This is the second time I’ve pulled up to this location and I’ve gotten no service. This time I went through the drive through and pulled into one of the stalls and still nothing. What’s the point of running a business like this.Go to the one on 23rd street instead. They’re killing it.

This location is an absolute joke run by children. Would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better location.
Burgers have stepped up a notch. Tots not so much , they appeared to have been re-heated in old oil they tasted like. Ordered double quarter cheese burger with onions and no onions were put on it. App only allows a $75 limit on orders so a order for a family of 4 is completely impossible. I removed 2 orders of cheddar bites and the order went down $20 .. THATS JUST INSANE.
I'm not sure if because of Missouri legalized marijuana or kids today is just dumb.Ask for a footlong coney as all American not as a chili cheese dog, their brains explode! Because there is not button for that option..This happens at every sonic but one I can remember.This location as many locations is just slow. They was not short staff. I counted 5 working.I waited roughly 10 minutes before anyone even said to order. ?

Waited over ten min at the drive thru, never got a response at all. Pulled into a stall and after another good ten min they came on and said they were only doing on line orders. They had at least five employees standing inside seemingly doing nothing at all.I'll never go back to this location.Had to put one star on to post the review. Don't deserve the one star at all

We ordered several things with chili on it but when we got home NOTHING had chili on it! My sister is terminally I'll and only certain foods appeal to her at times, so she didn't get to eat. The manager DID give us a credit for the meal though. (But that means having to go back at some point.)

This might be the worst sonic I've ever been to. Took us over 30 minutes to get an incorrect order. Don't waste your time here. You can drive to the one on 40hwy and back to Noland and still save time. At least your order would be correct that way. Trash.
