Walked in with my lady, we were the only ones there at 2 in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our presence. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before she finally greeted us. My lady gave her order, and immediately the woman started making the wrong sandwich. Overall, one of the worst experiences at any Subway but hey, it's 2023 and that's just the fast food is now, right?

Bought a meatball sandwich to go and got to my house and it was cold. I live a few blocks away so I went back up to get a refund and they said they didn't know how to do that. So I talked with them for a few minutes about how to resolve this situation. Amber seemed to be in charge and she told me I could come back tomorrow for a refund when someone who knows what they were doing was in. That's not gonna work for me! Amber needs more training if she's gonna act like the boss. At least the guy working said to call the boss and try to resolve the situation. The 2 girls, the older lady and Amber said she would be asleep and there was no point to call and that the cold sandwich was "my problem". Wow!I'm glad I'm learning patience because the old me would have took that sandwich and throw it against the wall. The new me is just going to leave this comment so maybe their boss can wake up and deal with them. Especially Amber, she's really rude.It was 7 o'clock when I was there, who's asleep at 7 o'clock?

They don’t take $50 or $100 because of the risk of it being counterfeit. So they will make your food, you will attempt to pay with real money and then they will refuse to give you the food and either save it for their boyfriend who was sitting in the lobby, themselves or trash it??♀️. Thanks to the nice lady In line behind me who offered to give me change for my $50 so that my 9 year old and I could eat our dinner. Although they didn’t deserve my money at all at that point.

Went to pick up for food we ordered online and it wasn't ready and was told they couldn't get it ready because a person walked out!! The supervisor wouldn't answer the workers phone calls, she was trying to help the best she could. So now I am out my money with no food!!!!!!!
Subway is Subway, but this one is clean, the food was delicious and the tea was fresh. The employee was by herself and was holding it down good alone. This place is consistently good.Parking: It is literally 3ft from the front door.

They doing great they made the sandwich faster enough people. They doing a fine fantastic, but those sandwiches was so delicious. Love itWheelchair accessibility: I'm hard of hearing and I have a bad crack spinal cord in my lower back. I can't stand up for long period of time.

Subway make some great breakfast food you can have it on fresh bread you can have it on a wrap and you can have it on flatbread..... I got the ham egg and cheese on the parmesan bread.... I had it toasted with Colby-Jack shredded cheese.... Then I got a little bit of spinach and tomato with mayo salt pepper and oregano.... Delicious breakfast...

Every single order we’ve placed with this subway has always come out perfect. The meat on the sandwiches is always placed evenly.Amanda is always so sweet and kind every time you come in! Definitely the best subway in Independence.
