A very nice place to eat.Great food, friendly staff & nice atmospher.Vegetarian options: They offer easy to find vegetarian selections, one I can remember is the delicious vegetarian quesadilla, one of my fave dishes (they’ve been ‘temporarily closed’ for quite a while).

Best. Gold margaritas. Since Houston.We have sorely missed good margaritas since moving to Oklahoma from Houston. After a couple years of trying we’ve finally found a good one at this El Vallarta.Food was good, too, but it was the margaritas that really made our meal.They have a good HOT sauce, but you’ll need to ask for it specifically.Service was polite and fast.Ambience was comfortable and quaint, styled after and outdoor courtyard.Recommended, especially if you’re looking for a good margarita.Parking: Standard strip mall parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver on a knee scooter.

This place was amazing! I went with a friend, and we had a wait but while we waited we could sit at the bar and get some tea. We got a table fairly quickly, and once seated our server brought chips and the most amazing salsa I've tasted since my own! I ordered cheese enchiladas with red sauce and a Chile relleno with cheese sauce. Our server misunderstood, and everything came with the cheese sauce. He was quick to try to fix it, however, I jus asked for the red sauce to be brought on the side, and he quickly obliged. The enchiladas were amazing! The Chile relleno was so good! We realized that the server missed part of my friends order, but we placed that to go, and ordered a chicken tortilla soup for me to go. (That's what my friend had and it looked so good, I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed come dinnertime LoL) I would definitely go here again if I'm ever in the area again!

Fantastic food and service! Had the Fabian Special and Enchiladas Rancheras. The pork was very tender, like pulled pork! Salsa and chips are . Asked for hot salsa and our serve brought out two different kinds. Pitcher of beer had slices of lime along the rim for convenience.

I honestly do not understand what kind of Mexican food this is. It was awful. I couldn't even eat whatever they served. I thought maybe it was just what I ordered so I asked for something different. Even worse. No flavor at all. The ground beef was boiled and had no flavor what's so ever. The "shredded" beef was just was bad. No flavor at all. They had pre made taco shells and I swear kraft cheese in my enchilada. This is not real Mexican food.

We didn't finish even half of either of our meals. Drove 20 miles to come here because it was highly rated, but was really shocked at that rating when we got our food. The chips and salsa were good.The staff was very attentive, quick service, they were great. This was all while the restaurant was very busy on a Friday night. Just sorry the food didn't hit that same level of quality.
