Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, they had substituted salad chopped bacon “because none was ready so we just replaced it.” They offered to remake them, but honestly that’s not a good way to make it right, for me to then be inconvenienced to have to drive 30 minutes just to get the food the way I ordered it originally. They never told me they subbed the bacon just handed me the bag and told me to have a good day. They had plenty of time to make the bacon before I picked up my order. Now I’m spending my morning making bacon and fixing the sandwiches I paid for.

Panera's has always been my go to for lunch. This was my first visit to the new location on rangeline.... Never againMy cream of chicken and rice soup was so watery you could almost see through it it was cold I had to have it warmed up my sister couldn't eat her sandwich. The staff seemed totally disconnected from the reality they were working in.

The employees are always nice. I have learned the hard way to nothave their cinnamon crunch bagel because they make it different then other place and it’s not good at this location. Also learned the hard way twice to not order hot drinks here, unless you like you drink half full. Since coffee and a bagel are my two favorite things here, I will not be going to this one ever again.

Waiting on my food, but the person who took my order this evening was amazing in accommodating my gluten allergy...I stark contrast to my only other experience here. There also have excellent procedures to avoid cross-contamination. Great choices available for gluten-free free options, and love the beverages. I will update the review after I finish eating if there are any problems ?Dietary restrictions: See my review regarding gluten-free

Love their coffee because it’s self serve meaning free refills, and the have real half and half and raw sugar packets right on the counter. Is always clean and fresh in here. Lots of windows for natural sunlight. You can choose to talk to a human or a kiosk when ordering. When I’m in a rush and there are people at the counter, I choose kiosk so I know it’s submitted quickly and I can get right on to my coffee immediately. My sons love their cinnamon crunch bagel because they aren’t usually spare with the cinnamon crunch part. Instead of having them slice it in half, I like it sliced like a loaf of bread and toasted with butter on the side. Why choose butter instead of their delicious flavored cream cheese? The cinnamon crunch bagel is so flavorful the cream cheese hides the flavor. I also like their protein bowls for fresh flavor that feels healthy but tastes delicious. If you want a meal choose their half sandwich and soup combo. It’s hearty!

Gotta get there earlier in the day to get my favorite bagels. Nice and close to my house now since they relocated to a new building. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Casual and easy for meeting up with friends.

Overpriced, mediocre, hard bagels. Employees 75% of the time haven’t a clue how to ring up food if you choose bacon instead of sausage, or a bagel instead of whatever bread comes on the non breakfast sandwich. They ring a random sandwich. It changes every day, yet I always order the same thing . Customer service is horrible since moving. . I spent $24 a few days ago and never again. Asked why there wasn’t whipped cream on the coffee like usual and the associate was dumbfounded. We will order from Utopia Bagels in queens moving forward. They ship overnight.
