We LOVE beignet! This little spot in the city market makes delicious sweet and savory beignets as well as other delicious Cajun food. It’s a quick service spot with only a few tables and chairs but there are more tables around the city market if it happens to be very busy. Honestly the bread pudding- called pudding Juanita is our favorite dessert in all of Kansas City. It’s magic.

Just wow is all I can say! Fantastic cajun food at this small establishment in the River Market. Stopped here on a Saturday at lunch time. It was busy but the food arrived pretty quickly. I had the Jambalaya with crawfish and shrimp scampi. Added some burbon bacon cornbread as well. The number of combinations available was over the top. Some of the best cajun food I've ever had.
