The store was at about 2 stars a few weeks ago. Major improvements have been made in their service. Although the lobby is still closed for dine in this place has mobile ordering as well as door dash, grub hub, post mates and uber eats. Much improved. Good job Burger King

This place was not very clean. I bought a salad and couldn't even eat it but my boys got the 5 for $4 and theirs were good. There was only like 3 people working and one sounded like she was hacking up a lung and than one was outside smoking and came inside to take someone's order and i didn't see him wash his hands before taking her order after smoking

This location across from chiefs Stadium is the slowest place in kc to get a meal. Waited 5min just to put in an order then another 20 just for cold fries and an ok burger. Lucky I got to make my own drink or it may have been another 3 or 4 min. extra. Only 3 people actually working and all moving like they had hang overs and broken legs.
