I do everything online and that includes my banking. But after experiencing Capital One’s cafe. I will go against my norm and look for more of these cafes from Capital one. Why? Because their cafe is literally on par to a Starbucks cafe. Plus if you use your capital one card or discover, you get 50% off your drinks. Then you can do your banking with real agents. I have never seen anything like this before and I’m all for it

My recent visit to the Capital One Cafe/Bank was fantastic. We were helped by the bank teller, Shay, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions about opening a new 360 checking account. She really went above and beyond to research the details of the bonus sign-up offer (the reason for our visit!) and clearly explained all the requirements. She was also kind enough to give us complimentary drink coupons for the café! Shay was super patient and informative, even showing me in real-time how to locate Allpoint ATMs and add beneficiary details within the app. The Perfect Remote Workspace As a regular visitor who often comes here to work remote, I can attest that this cafe is consistently a comfortable and productive place to study or work. The space is always spacious and incredibly clean. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of tables with readily available outlets for people who need them. The option of using the private rooms is a huge bonus for meetings or focused work. Even the bathrooms are notably clean! With such helpful employees like Shay and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend banking here and checking out the café—it's a perfect spot to hang out, socialize, read, or study.

i am giving this place 5 stars because it’s one of the BEST coffee shops i’ve ever been to (besides the one i go with my fiancé). the cinnamon latte was so good, the atmosphere was amazing as there’s lots of students on their computers, it’s a comfortable environment to get work done, and the staff were joyful and happy to help. while i was writing a sales page, the baristas were singing still into you by paramore (lol). the environment is great, the people are great, definitely come here if you want to work. the only thing is, idk how the food tastes, i only got latte. capital one is smart for making these cafes around the states because it’s definitely bringing in lots of new banking customers for them. they tapped into an entire new market with cafes like this. oh and when i left my friend picked me up in his porche 911 turbo (see video below)

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The attention to care is top notch. The baristas are really sweet and upbeat and the guy with the white hair (not sure his name) was helpful when my WiFi wouldn’t work and gave me a free coffee for the inconvenience and I thought that was a really thoughtful gesture that goes above and beyond. The coffee is pretty good too! I like getting the nitro when it’s in stock. ☕️☕️☕️ and they use house made syrups versus batch purchased syrups that don’t taste as good. The vanilla is top notch!!!

I wish theyvwould let me use the ATM in peace. I dont need you to come up from behind and ask me questions. Please use body language cues to understand when someone needs help. When people are dealing with money, they dont want tou approaching asking how you can help.

Just left. We were told that it would take 10 minutes to open up a joint savings account. We were there for nearly an hour. Nathaniel also told us we could deposit the check by taking a picture. We took a picture of the and it was declined. He never told us until after sitting there the entire time that there was a limit on deposits. Also, we told him 3x we wanted a joint account, then he set it up as a single account. Nathaniel was polite and friendly, but definitely needs assistance to hone the customer service skills. Never tell customers it's gonna only take 10 minutes, if it isn't true. We already had a Cap One credit card acct and he said that would make it go faster. Hmmm...nope. There were lots of snags. Not straight forward, easy process. We appreciate the fact that he remained friendly.

Came in at random just to see what the cafe was about. I’m a Capital One card holder on the credit side but have been looking into opening a checking account. I had a wonderful interaction with Shay. Very personable, answered my questions, and gave me coffee recommendations. Wonderful experience overall.

I would have liked to be left alone while dealing with cash, i felt profiled and watched. The attendant even recommended Walgreens as a deposit center. I would have went to Walgreens if I wanted, POC's deposit and make money just like everyone else. Just leave people alone,this was not helpful just bothersome.This location is in my neighborhood 😐

It really felt like a good friend was helping me get this done. The cafe has a great atmosphere and I felt welcome and valued being there. Recommended for sure!
