Donuts aren't so great. Super sweet but not really flavorful. I think they are temporarily closed but I really only noticed because I was there to go to Charleston's (which, btw, is delicious). Also not impressed with any place where the owner wastes money hand over fist but pays poverty wages to their hardworking staff.

So sad showed up and temporarily closed ? drive all the way from Phoenix to try these donuts ?

Have had and enjoyed their donuts at other locations... everytime I have tried calling it doesn't go through; disconnects immediately. Don't want to drive across town if they are closed.

First time here at 1040ish am on Saturday, we were excited to try. Awful selection, purchased 3 donuts (except for blueberry, which is the 2 stars because the blueberry was not bad) were stale. Won't return, hope others have better luck

We live in Independence, MO so it's a drive to get there. The last 3 times we have been here, the experience has been terrible in the last year. All different times of the day. What happened to your business? The donut selection is minimal, the donuts are dried out and stale, the little bit of icing or decoration is falling off. These donuts used to be a real treat. But at $19.00 a dozen, it's not worth it. Gas station donuts are much more fresh a delicious. Sorry, you just lost a customer.

Visited the location on State Line Rd. yesterday and I was very underwhelmed. There were only a few selections of donuts, the trash was overflowing, there were napkins and other random trash on the floor. The person who helped us, was either super high or just a bit clueless to what he was doing. He barely said "welcome" or "hi" and was completely out of it. This is a great location in South KC and I would hate to see it run down because there are unprofessional people working there. However, the 3 donuts we were able to get were pretty good.

Yummy yummy donuts. Different flavors with unique frosting elements. Staff very nice.

An age old joke of do you want a hurts donut? But now you also can get an actual donut. Not your typical run of the mill donut shop with bear crawls and glaze you get the option of cookie monster and fruity pebbles. Great for the mornings when you want a good donut. Plus you get a cool box out of the deal. For the bitter sweet tooths to the culinary school junkies they have all options for any preferences.

We came to this location after trying Hurts in Branson, where the donuts were delicious. The KC location, however, was underwhelming. The donut case was 1/4 full and untidy, the donuts were not labeled and the donuts were not nearly as good as Branson. The staff were half-masked and one coughed into her hand and then handled drinking cups. Hopefully the franchise will improve the operations so KC can fully enjoy Hurts.

This place is so good it ridiculous! The donuts are just disrespectfully delicious, so inconsiderate of my healthy diet, Rude!!!! (I'll be back next week)

Gross. So gross. Seriously these have to be the driest donuts I have ever had. Every single donut is we disgusting and old. No filling at all inside the Boston cream not that it would have made a difference. seriously though do not try these. They're bad.

I've been in several mornings and told "someone bought us out of glazed donuts". I guess they don't make them after they sell out? Also, I've gone back 3 times because I really want to like this place. The donuts are dry and seem old.

Good donuts but I went in the evening so they were a bit stale. Would expect better luck in the morning.

Good donuts. Open all the time. Not all donuts were labelled so had to ask what they were.
