Not very impressed. The vibe was cool, the people were nice, but the snow cone was unimpressive. The ice was shaved pretty thick, so it wasn't soft and flaky. As far as the flavor, I had large sections of plain ice with absolutely zero flavor, and what did have flavor, was very muted, as though the flavors were watered down. It was pretty ridiculous that I literally had a spoonful of only ice and no flavor. I've had snow cones in 48 states, and this was the most disappointing yet. I love Parkville, and I'm all about small businesses and saving money on inventory but don't forget the customers and if we're spending money, not too skimp on what we're paying for! Simply ice & flavored syrup.?

They were in blue springs for a while but moved out to the city. But I will follow them anywhere, they have the best snowcones I've ever tried and only place I know will put ice cream in their snowcones, which is why i love them so much

Fun place. Great flavors. Shave Ice ALMOST the way it is meant to be (have to go to Big Island of Hawaii to have the BEST). Have all natural ingredients available that you can't find at other spots, and a dandy punch card to fill and get a freebie! Friendly ice tenders also.
We (my husband, our 3 grandkids, and I) really like Lilo's. You can get get a regular shaved ice or you can have ice cream in your shaved ice! They have interesting combinations and a punch card so after buying 10, you get a free one! There are a few tables if you want to eat it there, but be sure to take something to wipe the table off - they are always very sticky!
