Lemon Grass Chicken and Pho were great. Price is very reasonable and quality was outstanding. This was our first time but we'll be back on our next trip through Russellville. It beats the similar restaurants we've tried in Hot Springs and Little Rock. This is the first time I have been to Linhs Vietnamese cuisine in a while and I should have been back sooner. I went in skeptical because I love banh mi and there are so many ways to screw it up. I did not have high hopes that a place in KC could have such legit banh mi. I got the barbecue pork and it was fabulous. The pork was flavorful and tender without being chewy, the vegetables were fresh and lightly pickled, the pate was the right amount, but the bread is the standout here. The egg rolls were crispy and tasty. The banh mi sits on a small plate. My recommendation is to use a larger plate because the bread was crispy and there was a lot of crumbs. There was a good amount of meat and veggies for the price you pay. The meat was cook well and not too chewy. I recommend trying their banh mi.
