Service was decent. Good portion of fish. Mac and cheese was basic. Green beans were good. I ordered collard greens but got green beans instead and wasn't informed of the substitute. Which kind of ruined the meal for me seeing the Mac and cheese was so unimpressive. The strawberry shortcake was wonderful. I will definitely stop by when I have a hankering for cake! Overall the meal was pretty good. I will make sure my order is correct before I leave next time.
I can't believe I've been in Raytown this long and haven't tried Lutfis before tonight. I can't say enough good things. highly recommend the green beans and potato salad for sides!

Nice clean restaurant. Easy to access location. GREAT catfish!! A small place with BIG taste. I enjoy frequenting locally owned restaurants when traveling, and this was a great choice. Fried okra was good (could have used a bit more salt), and potato salad was yummy too. Very pleased and would go back next time we're in Kansas City! Thanks Lutfi's for a great dinner.
