Flight was diverted and stayed for over 7 hours. The waitress Brenda was amazing. She would get updates frequently from spirit without asking. Didn't hound, came by when needed another refreshment. Kyle was very friendly and would ensure my visit was going well. Robyn was able to provide me with much needed essentials through this ordeal. Sat at the bar. I was not acknowledged by the bartender and after a while had to flag her down. Limited menu but ordered the quesadillas which were fine although would have been better if onion and pepper were in the quesadillas too. The place only has plastic silverware which is annoying and bad for the environment. Worst of all, the place smelled absolutely horrible -- like garbage.

Don't make the mistake of sitting at the bar. There were a total of 4 people at the bar when I sat down, yet it still took about 15 minutes before I was able to flag down the bartender. It was comical. Get a table. She just kept walking back and forth behind the bar talking to herself about how she needed to take her medication and if she didn't, we were all going to have a pissed off bartender.
