This place was Mid in my opinion. I got a hot Honey Badger it was okay nothing really special. I’m more upset that my hot coffee wasn’t all that hot it got cold quickly
The barista just charged me for the biggest size that had and didn’t ask if I wanted a small or large.
I personally wouldn’t go out my way to go back

Wonderful atmosphere to get work done. They started offering Italian sodas! Syrup flavors tend to be on the warm side. Had a 8/10 Cortado.

We are moving back to North KC and discovered Novella nestled in the library. They open before the library on the weekends, and it gives my husband and I flexibility to come study on the weekends! The baristas are lovely, the coffee is impeccable, and the food is delicious. Love making this a part of our day - and it makes the move so much more exciting!

Have stopped here twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed what I tried. (Wonderful matcha!!) Naomi served me both times and even while being busy, they served me with a smile and was very kind! Ambiance is perfect for a little cafe connected to a library. Excited to try the cold brew next time (as well as the cinnamon roll) but the strawberry cloud was fantastic and will be hard to pass up in the future!
