Legitimately one of the worst experiences ever. We believe the manager sat us down and right as he was sitting us down he helped another table and gave them chips and Dip before helping us, and then we waited for 10 minutes while the server avoided eye contact we eventually left bc we never were served. I don’t know why but it seemed like they were going out of their way not to serve us.

8-22-25 I came to pickup my to-go order and was greeted nicely by two wait staff members and the Manager. I was instructed by Manager to go to bar to pickup my food but the bar staffer was clearly upset about it and said why would they tell you to come here and he took my name and stormed off. 😒 The upset bar staff member started airing frustrations to Manager in front of me about the wait staff member that greeted me when i came in - bar staffer said nothing nice about the wait staffer. He didn't disclose it it was like they wanted me to hear the convo. Lack of emotional control on bar staffer part to do that in front of a customer. I would have left a good tip to the bar staffer because that's where the above manager told me to go to pickup my order. Also during the storm off a group of people came in to dine he said he would take their table and he had some choice words with the wait staffer that he was mad at and rushed to the new table that came in. Bar staffer never brought me my food either someone else did. I could take that as an offense that it was b/c of me he did that especially if i didnt hear their unnecessary convo going on. I ordered the fried beef tacos... they were soggy. I keep trying Barrio food since it's local in hopes I would enjoy the food but again I was let down in many ways. No bueno across the board!🙁🤷🏾♀️

My daughter and I took her grandma to the barrio for a taco Tuesday dinner. This is her very favorite place to eat. Our server Malcolm made the experience so much better. He was so good at his job and so efficient.

Today will be our last time coming to this restaurant. With as many flies and birds that were inside the store, we honestly should’ve just sat outside. We couldn’t even enjoy our meal without constantly swatting flies away. If there’s that many flies and birds inside, I can’t even imagine how many are in the kitchen. The restaurant was also very slow when we went but our food took over 20 minutes to arrive and we were sat at a dirty table and booth. We started to look around and noticed how incredibly dirty the floors and other tables and booths were. If the management can’t even keep the main area clean, just think about how disgusting the kitchen must be. The manager was too preoccupied with his phone to take care of anything. I honestly don’t know how the health department hasn’t shut this place down.

I was doing a trip for Torah learning center took them to WonderScope and I decided to get something to eat. I saw the name barrio and I thought of my home in California.. The food was actually disappointing The tomatoes were bad smelled a chemical smell kind of The floor was all sticky and I'm pretty sure it was a manager got upset because I didn't order a alcoholic drink which I do not do and then he brought my food in like 30 seconds and kind of threw it on the table I was appalled at his behavior I would not recommend this place to anyone that has had real Mexican food or Tex-Mex it was awful Don't waste your money. When you can go to the avenue in Missouri and get real Mexican food even at a corner stand.

Garage doors were open during 90 degree heat, allowing birds into the restaurant. A couple sat at the bar vaping and no one stopped them. Dead roach in the entrance. The place was a mess.

We came pretty late. However, we were able to place a to go order and hang out on the patio. Service was awesome, staff were so nice and the atmosphere was right on point. Will for sure go back.

Let me start by saying this is 1st time I've ever had to give a restaurant 1 star. From the start the service was off. The restaurant was not busy at all. My party of 3 stood at the host desk for 10 minutes. We thought maybe we came in the wrong door so we started to walk around the restaurant. We stopped a staff member and asked about seating. He sat us down. We waited for 5 mins. Several servers were in our area cleaning tables and chatting. My wife said let's go it doesn't seem like we are wanted here. I was reluctant and said let's give them a few more minutes. After about another 5 minutes I said ok let's go. Maybe it was just the Red Bridge location but I won't be trying any locations anytime soon. Do better.

First of all they phone services is out and we was calling for two days to reserve a table 2nd the drinks are so watered down we sent that back twice the manager was not warming at all
