Well this place is understaffed to say the least but they work their collective butts off to make sure you are happy! The kitchen is a bit slow but the servers are running food like there are flames coming off the plates. It's funny and sad to watch at the same time. The food is good it's on par with other breakfast places in KC especially for being located in a casino. You just expect this. I came into Falcon Bakery, after a night of losing money @ the Casino. To my wonderful surprise it was fantastic! I had the chicken fried steak, crispy hash browns, eggs over easy, and homemade sourdough toast... probably not the best for calorie counters, but super delicious!!
