Never will I ever give them any of my money again got the general chicken and cashew chicken. The chicken in both was so dry and hard you couldn’t even chew it I think it had been cooked for a about a week put a handful of chicken in the container and put a scoop of sauce on it absolutely disgusting and no taste whatsoever ended up putting them both in the trash. I used to love this place but no more they should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do for stuff that is completely inedible I don’t know what’s changed but they need to change it back

Love this place! The sauces are amazing! I tried the General and the Orange sauce and they are incomparable to others you might try. Quality ingredients, caring staff. Especially the drive thru worker. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I was excited to try this based on the reviews. The presentation is very nice. But this is by far, hands-down, the worst general chicken I have ever eaten. The sauce is not spicy and is in fact, very bland. The food temperature was not hot and the rice was fluffy barely considered fried rice at all. I will not eat it again.

I love this place! By far Chi Time is the best place to get Chinese!! The workers are super nice, especially the one who took my order today. I went in with my friend and sister and we had no idea what we wanted! The man that took our order today was very patient, polite and never stopped smiling. The environment of the restaurant is very welcoming and we are always welcomed with friendly smiles. I’m not sure how many of the workers will see this but I hope they all had a good day today despite the gloomy weather.~Shelby?

Do you know how sometimes you drive by a place and it looks a little dingy on the outside, but they have great food, this was not the case with this restaurant. Food tasted exactly like the restaurant looked like from the outside. I had hot and sour soup and the texture was almost sickening. It was the same texture as hot and our sauce. I ordered the hot and spicy chicken and the chicken was so tough that I felt like I was going to break a tooth. (Not exaggerating). I decided fo just eat the vegetables but even the sauce the food was in was disgusting. It was this super thick brown gravy. Almost like pot roast sauce. I ended up leaving a couple bites in.
Was happy to notice they were open and waited for my 2 orders Chicken low Mein that I have loved in the past. $20 for a lot of flavorless noodles and 6 small pieces of chicken in each order and did i mention absolutely ZERO flavor in noodles?New kitchen staff?Just not the same as it was before pandemic.Yes..inflation but I did pay $10 per plate! And drive 30 miles rt to get it.
