Asked for crispy Chicken Strips got mushy chicken. Went back and we were told that apparently they put new oil in and thats how the chicken is with new oil, DISGUSTING!

We visited the local KFC to dine in. The dining area is all brand new, service was great and food was out fast and fresh. Way way better than in the past.
