So first of all the food was amazing so 5 stars there. Wait was not long at all and the staff was amazing. The lady working, steph I believe, was friendly and entertaining and suggested my girlfriend try the superhero which she loved. I had the experience and will definitely be back. Planet Sub beats any other sub place.
Super clean and neat inside. Love the decor & music being played - the HUGE Led Zeppelin poster is amazing. I found out about it while searching theough Postmates and used the app to order my sandwiches for pick up and they were fresh and ready right when I arrived. Only issue I had was I felt like the bread was overly toasted - But overall I felt this place is a hidden gem, much better than Subway or Quiznos and I most definitely will be returning again

The customer service was great! They were very friendly too. There was a new person working and didn't type in my order right and they remade my order when I inquired :/which I didn't expect and didn't need done but they went above and beyond to make it right. The portions were hefty and delicious although I didn't realize the subs are toasted..I just wanted a cold sub and wish that was asked beforehand of my choice. Overall it was great!
