It's a very charming little space. The food and service is absolutely wonderful! The broccoli cheese soup and "The Jeff" special is so good. Their bagels and scones are also delicious! Very kid friendly also!Kid-friendliness: Toys are available for kids to play with and stay entertained.

If you're looking for a phenomenal lunch or breakfast, this is the place. Everything I've had there has been not just good, but phenomenal. The place is adorable, lots of local stuff to purchase, and they donate to local causes.Don't sleep on this one Moberly.

We love eating at Rooted 242! Their mission to support children and families in the foster care system is wonderful. And the homemade breads and baked goods are delicious! They have great specials, sandwiches, soups, and salad. It’s a favorite and we will keep coming back!
