Horrible!!! The frappe was straight water. The guy with long hair making them does not know what he’s doing. Waited 24 minutes total. Only one person in there. Glad I don’t live in this location for Starbucks. Don’t come here!!

2 workers, long drive-thru line. I walked in, only customer in store, chose my food items and for several minutes was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. Finally, it was clear there would be no in-store service, so I left and found great service ELSEWHERE.

Slow and rude service: I don’t normally complain (my 1st noted complaint @ a Starbucks in 20 years), but I need to: I’ve visited this Starbucks several times (unfortunately a convenient location I cross by), and every time they are extremely slow in the drive in and worse on walk in, the staff ALWAYS tries their hesitation moves on returning your change to see if you will just give it to them and/or makes snide comments under a passive-aggressive pretense so they can act like they haven’t done it: childish and unprofessional staff for sure.

I waited for over half an hour in line today for my drink! There were only about 5 cars in front of me, and I've never waited that long before. They had a small, handwritten sign that said the wait would be longer, but it was right at the spot in the drive thru where you can't get out once you read it, so I was stuck. When I got to the window, I was expecting to see only a few people working since it took so long, but I counted 8 baristas working! Make it make sense.
I don’t know how to spell her name, Becca or Becka, but she’s the absolute sweetest and very professional, and helped me with my drink situation, and she made my matcha perfectly!!

Im so happy with this location I tried a different location before this one and they got mad that im deaf and wrote everything down and needed them to do so as well but this location i went in typed my order they input it and then I waited for mh order and I typed out my name so that if I went to pick up an item kn the counter I'd know it was mine and then I got my pumpkin spice and bagel and left. This location was great compared to the one I went previously who got super irritated and refused to take my order.

Best location (by far) in Kansas City!! The drinks are always made perfectly and the employees are nice and helpful. Claire, Adrian, Jovie, Marie (I believe is the manager) are all especially great! I'll drive out of my way for this location time and time again.

The baristas at this location know what they are doing! They make sure to get your order correct! I suggest creating a mobile order so you customize it to your likings. I stopped going to Starbucks but this location got me back hooked on Starbucks! This morning my two cups said Thank you and had smiley faces and the barista almost forgot the cookie crumbles on top but double checked the sticker tag on the drink before handing it over and added the cookie crumbles! Great attention to detail! I was delighted I didnt have to ask and she noticed. This is the best location in KC because the baristas care and are top tier at their job! I definitely see why they are so busy in the mornings!!
